I went to this location to return two large chairs from Amazon. Amazon provided me with a shipping label for the return. I was told I needed two labels to ship two chairs but Amazon only gave me one label. The only way they would allow me to ship the package was if I bought their overpriced tape. This was the cheapest tape money could buy but at a premium price. I then had to wrap these two huge heavy boxes together with the tape. It was difficult and embarrassing. There is no way that tape would ever hold those two boxes together. You couldn’t even lift them up without the tape ripping apart. I’m pretty sure one of the boxes will be lost or damaged. I’d go to another ups store if you want good service.
Just called because I had a client provide the wrong address for shipping. They helped me over the phone to correct the address. They were very nice and the request was done. Best UPS store! They were very helpful.
Wanted to charge me $3 to tape a shipping label to a box. Box was sealed and ready to go. Rude CSRs with big attitudes.
Good place to ship packages. They gently guided me trough the process and answered all my questions as a new UPS user.
Each and every time I use this location, the staff provides absolutely horrible customer service. Always rude, unpleasant and very bothered, to do their job. They were going to charge me $2.75, to print ONE simple piece of paper. This location is NOT worth giving business to.

Would leave less than 1 star. Total scam artists. I go on the website for this specific store via UPS.com. I get a quote based on exact dimensions and weight for my box. The site then emails my estimate for $16.35 to the store. I arrive at the store to ship the box and they try to charge me $20 and some change. I told them no and to honor the price that was quoted to me and show that it was on their store. They they then try to tell me that this is not connected and that they can honor that price. I show them on my phone with the quote with the box with the size dimensions with the date with their store name and address and store number along with the quoted price. I also show that the system sent it to their store. they claim they cant do anything and refuse to honor the price still. There are only two young girls working there and they claim there is no manager above them and that whoever is the manager is overseas and nobody else is available. this is the worst customer service to say the least. I do not recommend I will not be using this store they obviously are trying to rip people off and will not honor prices that are quoted directly on their store website.Edit 10/6/21: Obviously the responder did not read my review. The quote was on the UPS website specifically for this store. It is a part of the website that deals with the individual UPS Stores and this was confirmed by another UPS Store Franchisee owner prior to me writing this review. The quote was for this store and sent to this store. I proved all of this with the email and information I had even showing the store address and number on the quote info and where it showed this was emailed directly to this store. My original review still stands. Also taking 9 months to respond further proves my review.
I use these guys all the time for shipping and returning items to Amazon they are very efficient and do a good job. I will say this though, good luck getting a smile out of one of the gals that works there but smile or not, shes good and efficient and I enjoy doing business with them. Maybe one day Ill think of something funny enough to say to her to get her to smile.
Each time I try to use this UPS location, the staff acts very inconvenienced to do simple tasks. They have been rude to be too many times and I won’t be using this location again.
The young lady at the counter would not let me drop off a package because I wasnt wearing a mask. Now normally I would not have a problem with this except I carry a concealed weapon and wearing a mask and carrying a weapon is a good way to get shot. When she asked if I had a mask I told her no and gave her that reason. She then proceeded to tell me that she could not help me until I had a mask. When I asked her if I could just drop off my package she said that it was fine but refused to give me a receipt because I was not wearing a mask.
Even though their website says they notarize wills, deeds, etc. They do not, even told me it is not on the website. Scroll down to notary and look. Went across the street to Mail and more and got the job done.

This place is a rip off. They charged me $25 for a package that should have been $15. Called UPS and they agreed the package should have been $15. Ive used this store for years and when I asked about the extra charges I was told to call UPS. Must be new ownership or something. Thank goodness theres UPS stores on every block.
My package was sent to a different state, and company than where it was supposed to go a week later. Because I had a prepaid shipping label they have no idea where it went. Its not our label so we cant track it It left from your store. According to my tracking number it was never shipped. Thank GOD for the place that received it in error and that I had my information also in side the box. They called me to tell me they had it. UPS is going to pick it up from them and try again. I have used this store many times and never an issue. Guess it was too close to closing and they wanted to go home. From now on watch them attach the actual label to your box and scan the label so you know it is in they system.This was a $700 + piece of equipment, so good thing someone was honest. Will always watch my packages get sealed and scanned from now on.

Update, the reply below is a lie. They changed the price because I caught them ripping me off.- Crooks, these people are crooks. Checked price on UPS website before deciding on shipping. Went to store, and was told that it would be almost $30 more than the website. I told them I already had a quote from UPS website, they told me that the price they said was the price. I had them check dimensions and weight, and they came down $10. I was about to leave, then all of a sudden it was only $5 more than the website. Shady business here, will not be going back.
Lost a 30min drive on Sunday to come to know that it’s closed on Sunday’s on the door. The google is not updated and showing Sunday close timing till 4pm

The employees here are exceptional and always provide me with prompt, courteous and professional service. Additionally, the gentleman whom manages this location maintains an impressively clean store. The pristine condition reaffirms my impression that these people take their job seriously and are keen to detail.

UPS saved the day! Thank you to the extremely helpful team at the Tomball store. They stayed open late for me on a holiday weekend just so I wouldnt miss a critical deadline. Didnt think Id ever feel the need to review the UPS store but I went there this morning to drop off some packages. I realized after looking at their hours on the door that they were not set to open for another 30 minutes and started walking off. Apparently someone inside had seen me, unlocked the doors, and came after me to make sure I was helped. They took the deliveries despite the fact that they were not officially open. Saved me a second trip so thank you. Its the little things sometimes and takes people that see what they do as more than just a job.
Horrible customer service to get started. I dont know is not an acceptable answer when requesting specific shipping info. To top it off the teenage girl at the front desk chewing gum and talking on a very explicit way about her date night to another co-worker is a big NO NO .Hire people that cares. Shame on the owners of this franchise. Older printer that doesn’t accept USB drives so you’re forced to rent their computer just to print a single page—$2.67. Yep, that’s the price for one page. Oh and only black and white printing, forget about color.

Over priced notary and mail services and they close before the hours posted which are very tight if you work during the day. Sadly they and all other similar services in Tomball are same. Someone could make bank to open a real service location that has hours so people can actually get mail.

This location does not do passport photos, contrary to UPS app/website and even the sign above the registers.
Sent my taxes through them, they informed me the usps did it wrong, went there, and the usps informed me that UPS did NOT fill any of the paperwork out correctly, didn’t even put it in their system. Not only did they refuse to give me my $8 back for the certified shipping, I now have to refile my taxes LATE due to their laziness. Not impressed, I recommend you do not send any important documents through them, it won’t be done correctly.
I loaded up my boxes and raced to get there at 630 and they had locked the doors before 6pm. Knocked on the window and threw his hands up at they were closed. Very disappointed we drop boxes off every single week and got turned away.

Not an actual UPS store, they dont actually have UPS labels or boxes or any way to actually easily ship via UPS at all. How completely bizarre and inconvenient.
I AM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM UPS,THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES UP MY DRIVE WAY AND DROP THEM OFF AT MY SIDE DOOR OR BY MY GATE NEAR THE FRONT DOOR. Terrible customer service. And for the bad customer service they will then turn around and nickel and dime you to death. No interest at all in being a service organization. I strongly suggest using a different store or if you must to avoid this store use a different carrier.
