The team here did an amazing job from the service starting with the receptionist who is very personable and friendly to the adjuster, Megan, who kept me updated every step, to the ones who fixed my car making it brand new. Excellent service! The receptionists were extremely helpful and informative about the services needed to be done to repair my vehicle and also handling the insurance side of things. When it was ready for pickup, the Manager, Robert walked me around my vehicle and explained all about the repairs and made sure I was satisfied with everything. After I got in my car I noticed they even cleaned the interior as well as the exterior, I was not expecting that, it was a very nice surprise. March 12, 2021I picked up my car on March 11, 2021 and I got to say my representative at Caliber Collision “Megan Hamilton and her guy with the Mohawk was on point and knew what they were doing from start to finish.I dropped off my BMW X5 on March 08, 2021 and I met with Megan, who was extremely knowledgeable as to what should take place and the timeline for the entire process. She kept me updated on each step! Which you don’t find at every place you take your car to for service / repairs. After picking up the car she was out of the office lunch so the guy with the (Mohawk) Sorry I don’t know his name, but he was helping me out until she came back to the office from lunch. Cause I had an issue with an error showing on the display panel. They both stayed with the car and didn’t leave until they diagnosed and correct this issue. What a wonderful team!!!!!I would recommend Caliber Collision to everyone that I know! They know there cars! And are always on point respectful honest and easy to talk with.

Quality of work was subpar and lacking. The length of time the vehicle was in their possession was triple the amount of time estimated. Can see sanding marks under fresh paint. Very laxed with communicating any issues they were having with deliver etc. on parts. Just a frustrating experience all around.

They were great from start to finish!

Completely murdered my front bumper, 100000% unsatisfied. Left gaps everywhere and nothing lines up correctly and also damaged a brand new piece of trim on the grill. The hood got shifted and they did not even address that problem. If i were anyone who is looking into this place, DONT! DONT! DONT! I would not reccomend this place to ANYONE. I would give them negative stars if i could. My 6year old sister could have done a better job. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT.

I am beyond impressed with Caliber Collision on route 37 in Toms River. My car was hit while parked ( hit and run). I was so upset not only that my car was hit, but I just paid it off and was afraid they were going to total out my car. Steve, Ron, and Megan went above and beyond to help me and literally spent two hours with me and talking to me explaining how everything works. From fixing the car to rental etc. I have never been in an accident and had no idea what the process was. I was a complete MESS while I was there. The compassion Steve, Ron, and Megan shared towards me was something rarely seen. I have a lot of health issues and experience anxiety attacks and the three of them spent so much time with me calming me down and reassuring me that my car is safe to drive and that they will take care of EVERYTHING was something Ill never forget. And I am extremely grateful for. I just got off the phone with my insurance company and then Steve and Ill be dropping my car off this monday and theyll have a rental car already set up for me...I hope that Ill never need to get my car fixed ever again, but god forbid if I did, I wouldnt go anywhere BUT CALIBER COLLISION. They actually CARE about their customers and I reccomend anyone needing their car repaired to definitely go see them. Thank you so much Steve, Ron, and Megan for EVERYTHING you guys are doing for me. They did an amazing job on my car. I was rear ended and there was slight damage to my passenger rear and they made it look pretty much brand new, even buffed out some scratches on the truck hood. I just got hit again unfortunately, ‘tis the season (: so hopefully I’ll be bringing it to you guys again!(As for the photo, had to crop for privacy reasons.)Looks as if it’s never been touched!

Paint masters is Amazing!! They finished my vehicle on time. They made it look brand new and also repaired the front bumper at no cost. They even gave me some touch up paint to deal with some scratches from a prior accident. They also detailed my car making it look better than when I first purchased it. Use this place twice after 2 accidents, and they were fast. But try to get my older (1997) car painted and they say they dont do old cars... disappointing... whats the point of having a good shop if is not for all types vehicles...

Friendly Staff, Team is knowledgeable, they are sympathetic to the problems we face when our vehicles are damaged, there were 3 young gentlemen in the back when I was there time empty my car and these guys were so kind to me, the told me they were sorry about my car, they helped me remove heavy items from my trunk and place them in my rental, they made me feel very good in a time where I honestly wanted to just cry. Great service, but i waited over a half hour to PICK UP my car that was done....i shouldnt have had to wait that long for pickup, and no one seem to car. After a half hour i had to asl about it, then they finally checked...and still had to wait. On top of that i was the only one in the waiting room... They need to pick up the pace on this....

I have used this Auto Body shop twice and the service was amazing. We recd a rental at drop off which is extremely convenient! Everyone there is pleasant and my vehicle was returned in great shape as promised, fresh from the car wash. I would use them for any and all future needs.

I was involved in an accident where i was rear ended. I only needed a new bumper but they noticed my drivers side door handle pops out when you open the door. Not only were they quick fixing my car they even fixed the door handle. My bumper looks like I just pulled out of a car lot. It looks amazing! I work an hour away from the shop so they left my keys with enterprise since I had to return the rental.They went above and beyond and I will be using them from now on. This place exceeded my expectations by miles! I was in a motor vehicle accident and the insurance of the other party involved took all liability. Progressive was the insurance company and they have a claims desk right there in the shop which made everything super easy. They took care of my rental car preperations and gave me updates during the repair process. The shop staff is very profesional, yet they treat you like you have been friends for years, everyone I spoke with or met was great. The quality of work is simply amaizing! You cant tell where the new door was paint matched and blended and the body work to other panels is flawless, and all work is guaranteed for the entire time I own the vehicle. I would highly recomend them to anyone looking for body work, again, simply amaizing!

Two words, sketchy and unprofessional. Terrible customer service. They keep your car longer then they are supposed to in order to collect more insurance money. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Place is horrible. They ended up taking 2 months to “fix” my car after telling me every week that it would’ve been ready. Upon receiving my car I realized the alignment wasn’t fixed as the car kept drifting to the right. Also the “parts” they claimed to fix weren’t done properly. Furthermore, there were scratches to the back bumper that wasn’t there before entering their body shop. And to top it all off, my back seat had white stains all over it. From what I see I feel like they took my car out for a joy ride. Please tell me what these white stains came from 🤬

Staff was very friendly. Got vehicle back before promised. No wait with dropping our vehicle off or picking up. Vehicle looks great!
