Sean painted my car and it came out absolutely great, i have never been more happy with a service!! He was so kind and answered every question i had. He truly is one of the best in the business i will forever recommend him to every one of my friends!! Thank you so much Sean!!!

Dont use the Macco in South Toms River, NJ. Extremely poor customer service and quality of work. My car spent a week there and when I picked up the car for the paint repair job, they painted it the wrong color and there were drip spots of paint on the middle of the door. I was told to bring it back in 2 weeks and theyd have to redo it all but it would be a priority and done within a day. Needless to say they didnt do that. 4 days later I picked up my car and they actually got the color correct. 9 days to paint a rear door and fender!

Substandard work. Painted over rust without addressing issues. Never detailed vehicle, wasnt masked properly, overspray galore.

Sean is a great guy and they were incredibly fair. I was told I would need at least a 2-3k job by a local body shop and these guys said they could make it perfect by sanding and painting which they did for a lot less. Great work and done in less than a week. I could not be more pleased and will be recommending every chance I get. Now If they could just do boats 😎hahaha

I went to Toms River Maaco because the one in lakewood told me it would take 8 days to get my car back from being painted, and these guys took my car right away on a Wednesday. They said I would have it back In 3 days and it took 5 and didnt even call to tell me ..I had to call them. The paint job was overall good, my car looks shiny and new. A few spots here and there but for 1500 not complaining.( Even though they said it wouldnt be that much cause for black paint I dont need the epoxy but still charged me 1500.00) What I will say is they left the inside of my car a HUGE MESS.... Dust everywhere, mud boot prints all over my floor, hand marks everywhere. They sanded a part of my chrome on the back, and they scratched the whole inside top driver side of my window ( which is fairly new tint) and the other windows have scratches on them. They also got paint on the interior of my passenger door and didnt put my door jams or rubber pieces back in place, all the pins were all in the storage area of my door. I didnt even bother calling about all of this cause I know they wouldnt do nothing for me. If you need a cheap paint job it does look good but they will take forever to get your car back and they dont seem to care about damaging or messing up your vehicle ...

Very badly treated and Irresponsible Manager Tom Rouf, 8 month to have parts paid by the owners, after he lost them blaming every body but himself after I personally handed them to him,A restoration project, no able to insured and getting antique registration documentation process.Never will i ever recommend anyone to go there.Mr.Tom Rouf is a very nasty arrogent,impolite individual should not be a manager,hes giving the business a very bad reputation.On the other hand The assistance manager mr. Sean ward should be the man to replace this nasty man Tom Rouf, and the business will prospect. Sincerely, Pat Ramos.

They took much longer than they said they would, about a month, and stole money from my car. I know i should not have left money in there but that still does not give them the right to go through my car and take things, they have not followed up with me after I told them.

$400 to paint a small tank and fender. It was done quickly but quality of work is lacking for the cost. There are multiple globs of paint on the tank, and the paint on the bottom of the tank is already flaking off after not even a month

Took money out of my glovebox and took 3 weeks to repair minor damages to my car

I never leave negative reviews (check my profile). However I am just appalled and disgusted not just by the clear incompetence of the shop mechanics, but the owner who constantly lied right to my face (Ill be fair and not use his name but you will immediately know who he is if you decide to go here), never took responsibility for putting a cheap aftermarket bumper on my car that didnt fit. Not just the worst experience with autobody repair, but probably among the worst business across the board Ive dealt with. I was back there at least 10 times with 10 different problems with the bumper, and all times he accused me of hitting something when there was absolutely 0 evidence of a collision, no dents, paint transfers, no scratches, etc. The wheel well fell off, the bumper was not properly fastened and broke off, the paint began chipping off and every single time he insisted that my car was hit or I drove into something (again with 0 evidence of an impact). He refused to replace the aftermarket with an OEM citing it was a year ago, actually it was 9 months and maaco has a clear cut 2 year warranty on body parts. He comes across as a humble, cool guy who you would maybe have a drink with at the bar, giving you his whole life story. But in actuality he is a pathological liar and will screw you every chance he gets to save a nickel. He wings it, no attention to detail. If youve ever seen The Mask with Jim Carrey, think of that loaner car that fell apart on the bridge. Thats basically his work in a nutshell. Stay away from this place unless you are OK with cheap aftermarket parts on your car installed by techs who clearly dont have a clue how to install a bumper let alone paint. See the photos I put up as an illustration. They are all after the repairs were made, and while most of the issues are fixed there are still problems and at this point Im cutting my loses of agvrevation and am going elsewhere to pay to replace the bumper with an OEM which these people should have done in the first place.

Maaco prepped and painted my car. They did an excellent job!

Maaco provided me excellent rates and an equally excellent job well done. We found their work to be efficient, customer service to be welcoming and their prices to be fair and appropriate for the jobs they did. I would definitely recommend Maaco for anyone in the area in need of repairs on their vehicles.

I had two vehicles repaired there and the service from George the manager was professional and very helpful. The work was well done and completed very quickly.As for the appearance of the office and the building it was disappointing. The office was very cold, like the heat was off both times i dropped of my cars to be repaired and also when i picked them up. It looks like the owner/owners dont care about the look of their business and well being of the employees.The 5 stars are for the manager George, as for the overall look of the building and the experience i would give then 1 star.

Very very reasonable in quotes for the two cars I had work done pretty much half the price of the other guys in the area. Also prompt in the delivery of the vehicles, called me and let me know when the cars where ready . Job done on the car good .Definitely recommend TOM

Maaco is a very good place for your needs. They do great work and they do it quick theyre very nice considerate and helpful

This place is terrible, Tom, the shop manager is very rude and mean. They charge me $300 just to paint a door. And it didn’t even match the paint. I spoke with another customer the charge him $700 to paint the entire car. It doesn’t make sense. I do not recommend this place.

These guys do awesome work, definitely one of the better Maaco shops. I send them a lot of work because I work at an auto dealership

Incredibly unprofessional to work with. They told me they would have my car done same day they then called me and told me someone hit my car and they have to do much more work and when I went to pick it up the first time there was paint on my lights and my lights didn’t match the previous after market ones. When I went to pick it up the second time after they replaced the trunk lights the lights weren’t installed correctly and wouldn’t sit right and I had to bring it to another shop to fix it

We were very happy with the paint work we had done here. The price was reasonable also.
