This Establishment needs to gets new parts and services people with good attitudes. it also shouldnt take 3 weeks to mount one tire 🙄. I dont shop here for my health, I come in to spend money I dont think they Comprehend that. OH well next!

Beware of deceptive marketing. They list last years model with a discount price. That model year would be eligible for a special finance offer through the manufacturer. Give them a call and the bike is not in fact last years model, it is this years model so not eligible for the special finance offer. OK, fair enough. What about that discounted price? Well there were $1,100 in fees over and above the advertised price. Excessive to say the least. The grand total price is actually higher than other dealers honest up front pricing. Buyer Beware.

Its not to bad, open floor and well lite. They offer a few different manufactures. Down side is they dont allow test rides and wont get my business.

Purchased a dirt bike here. Evan answered all my questions to help with my decision. Bike was ready next day. Evan came in on his day off to walk me around and show me the in and outs of the bike. No real money to be made on it. John made her feel this classic motorcycle was the only and the most important bike in the shop. Kudos.

Listen with covid-19 they were still polite and to the point, I can buy a bike now or wait till they get some inventory as most bikes are on backorder due to production delays and shipping delays. Really no fault of theirs, Id say the parts guy was also honest and told me the truth, its not worth throwing thousands into a 2002 with a hacked harness. Ill wait it out and get a reliable bike. They do what they can and do their jobs to expectation. Fun place to look around for new toys.

Went in to check out two different bikes today. The one showed on their inventory but it was sold. Wanted to see if the other bike would fit me and I got we dont really do test rides so I left. Was looking to buy something today.

You can just walk around and look without being pressured into purchasing. Took my bike in for service and they were very quick to get it done. Sales man John helped me out when I stopped in. As a first time rider ..a girl...and knowing little about bikes he made me feel comfortable which doesnt always happen stepping into a bike shop. He helped me figure out if a 300 or a 500 was a better fit for being so short. Although I didnt get a bike that day but I did get some new gear and the guys at the desk are always nice to answer any and all questions I have. Also they make ordering any upgrades easy!

In times of covid 19 no employees wearing a mask. I asked for a quote on a motorcycle and I got a very bad sales person who wouldnt even budge on the MSRP price for a motorcycle. I guess he doesnt want to sell their bikes :)

Bought my 1st helmet & gloves here. The staff in store helped me get correct size, I was able to try on a variety of styles to find best one for me.

I have dealt with the service and parts teams and all are more than helpful and professional. I have been in a pinch a few times needing service or parts and they made magic happen to get me the part or get me serviced and out the door. These guys understand WOW Service. Had my clutch, chain sprocket kit & brakes front & rear all replaced even took the time to explain & break down the chain kit & what type of riding I do making sure I get the correct chain kit with the the tooth count. Then setting up the appointment to get your ride in & out as promised... Definitely satisfied with John & his Crew in the service department @ Ocean County Powersports!!!

I want to thank John Coulson III for making my Can am Outlander 650 XT purchase simple and fun. Price aside...John was courteous, helpful returned messages and in general was just a nice person. False advertisementWe went because we saw an online deal that they were clearing out the 2018 Honda Groms for the new 2019 model. My husband emailed yesterday a total after tax title etc. No email response so we decided to go in person and check out the motorbike.The online deal was for $2488 we assumed at the most it would be $3000. A reasonable understanding. So we drove over an hour there. To find out this is a new scheme where they advertise $2500 and sell it to you for $3700 after everything to lure customers in, since another dealership was doing this and it was costing them business. Safe to say we will never shop there again.

Big signs outside Victory Blowout! Great, I ride a Vic, lets check it out. Inside theres nothing obvious, so I ask - hey, whats on sale? The guy responds with What do you need? We go round and round a couple times and I find out nothing is actually on sale, its just a sign. Waste of time.

My son gets a lot of his moped parts at great prices. They seem to stock a lot of replacement parts for major brands. Entry level access.

A very rushed experience. Parts guy couldnt be bothered to help me out. Customer service did not seem like it was top priority. Would gladly pay a little more to go elsewhere and be treated better.

Purchased a new bike and set out to order some O.E.M. parts for it. Have ordered plenty of items for motorcycles and boats on EBAY and online with good success and fast shipping until I unfortunately ordered from this place. Unreal. Was pleasantly surprised to come home from work a week before my vacation to see my new centerstand on my porch until opened carton and discovered NO hardware that was supposed to come with it to install. Thus began my quest. After getting chastised for contacting EBAY instead of them and being grilled Are you sure they werent in the box? they discovered them laying in a bag on floor. So I recieved the missing parts over a week later after emailing and calling. But wait! It gets so much better!!! I also ordered a 700 + dollar rear trunk and mounting bracket and yes you guessed it! The Friday before taking off on my vacation on my new bike there it was on my porch. MINUS THE MOUNTING BRACKET! And after checking inside the trunk and carton contacted O.C.P. the following day. Two different places you deal with on this. The regular store passes you off to the Online store and thats when I have someone telling me must be a mistake check the box. Was it taped to the outside of the carton? Can you send pictures?? I mean an empty box is a empty box. So now over a week later Im informed that the mounting bracket ( yep 100 + dollars) has been reordered and when they get it in they will ship it to me. So that BEGS to question did they have it to BEGIN with!!! And yes I did recieve the center stand parts and installed that ( over a week later ). Now sitting here typing this out while looking at a very expensive aluminum Honda trunk that I could have used this week but couldnt install. And their shipping delivery confirmation said that I had the mounting bracket! And yes I sent pictures of that empty box. Still scratching my head. The fellow that I have dealt with at their Online store, department whatever is Ed. Im very unhappy with Ed. Ed hasnt been the best to speak with. Are you sure it wasnt in the box??? Can you send pictures??? This doesnt normally happen. Yes it does Ed. Happened the first order. Who pulls orders and packages and signs off on it Ed. And then beat me up for contacting EBAY. Yes Ed WHEN I SPEND OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS WITH YOUR STORE AND DONT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED I just might be contacting EBAY. Just saying. Would you Ed? Worried about your ratings Ed? Not me? Send me my mounting bracket Ed. And the hardware to install it with. Yes Ed it is supposed to come with it then you dont have to deal with these crazy people like me who want what they paid for. Sorry if this effects the nice people who work there. I was pleased with the lady I conversed with at the main store but very much concerned with my dealings with the Online store. Did my first service here and it will be my last. It dont take 1 hour and 45 minutes to replace oil and a filter so the bill for that $220 but if you like highway robbery i would definitely recommend.

Purchased goods on eBay, STOLE money out of my PayPal account!!!! When asked about this was told they are import charges, however none of their numbers added up, and when asked to explain how they came up with the number they said talk to eBay it’s their charges, which is not true. When requested to cancel items, claimed they couldn’t because they were already shipped. But according to usps tracking were not, the packages were not even delivered to warehouse for shipping. These people are thrives and think nothing will be done about their theft and lies because I live in another country! Shame!!!!!!
