I can just speak of my own experiences with R.V Auto and I can say that they were very helpful, and courteous.

I visited two other places before I came to RV auto sales. The owner was so friendly, and so professional. She understood what I needed and help me arrange the financing with A great car, And very affordable payment. If you need a really good used vehicle, I highly recommend R V Auto they treat you great !

I purchased a vehicle from Joe on Ebay and flew across the country to pick it up. Joe was incredibly professional, helpful and available throughout the entire purchasing process. Larry helped me in person with all the paperwork and made the purchase quick and easy. I cant say enough good things about Joe, he shared my enthusiasm for such a rare (low mileage) vehicle and followed my progress to ensure I made it safely home. I would definitely feel 100% confident buying from RV again.

Im sorry to say but this place was a joke in the beginning when I was making payments on my car they didnt explain they wanted payments made weekly I thought they were mostly nobody said anything to me nobody made a phone call nobody sent a letter one morning at 2 a.m. I heard a noise outside my window and they were repossessing my vehicle. They were very sneaky none of them men that work there were friendly when I first went there oh yes they were all very considerate and friendly just to buy your business once youre inside the door it was like a rat catching the cheese. I dont recommend this place at all.

To be honest the place wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing but the salesperson was helpful and the process painless. I was relieved to be able to land a nice second car,, no problems thus far, been about 4 months and I am pleased with my decision.

Dont understand the negative reviews. Joe (owner) & Larry have been awesome and very helpful through the entire purchase process. I bought a used vehicle SIGHT UNSEEN from RV Auto Sales on eBay and Joe was very helpful in answering my questions and even sending me extra photos before I decided to purchase. Even organizing the vehicle transportation out to CA from NJ wasnt a big deal. If you need a used car give these guys a shot, just know its a used vehicle and theres always going to be some wear and tear!

I bought a car back in ending July 2017. When i rest drove it the car sounded a little weird. I was told it was because it was sitting in the lot. So I was like okay. I asked them what was wrong with the car and they told. Nothing at all. The car is all good and fixed. I then thought you know what let’s see. I went home that day with the Vehicle. Within a week of having it. The noise was still going on. I then was worried because I just put down 2100 for it. When i went to pick up my plates i brought up the issue, I was told that nothing was wrong with the car. A couple of weeks later my brakes stopped working. When the mechanic Changed them, the mechanic and I both saw the rotors were all rusted out and the brakes were falling apart. The mechanics I went to all said the brakes and rotors were never changed at all, I then was mad because it hasn’t even been half of year or even close to half a year that it’s been having a lot of issues, aside from the exhaust, brakes and rotors, my tires then popped both back. As per Mechanics, the tires were not good from the inner part. Today driving the vehicle, Once again my car then started messing up again. This is unbelievable all the stuff that I’ve went through. I have spent 1200 on just fixing the car now when I still have payments and all ! Aside from all the issues. I then went to find out that THEY SAID THE LEMON LAW didn’t apply in which all reality it did !!!!!!! I am in the middle of trying to get a lawyer or figuring out what I can to get one

I love RV Auto Sales ! Why you say ? Well, heres why eight months ago my son, learning how to drive destroyed my car RV Autos not only gave me 300 for it as a trade they also came and towed it at no cost. Most people may say big deal but to me it was a big deal being the car was, what 33 miles away and would have cost me probably 300 to get it to the dealership! Even working I am on quite the tight budget and the staff there worked with me on the different options to get a car so that I could continue to work and pay for the car without going broke I have already told three of my friends to go there and see what RV could do for them.One had no need for a car the other two went and bought cars, both of which said the same thing I did earlier - pleasant down to Earth people who helped them out without breaking their budgets! The third stated that she too would go to RV when she does want to trade in her Hyundai. I highly recommend the RV Auto Sales experience!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!!! My check engine light came on 3 weeks after buying this car and I have brought it back 4 times and they just will not fix it. They lie and tell me they fixed it but can provide no kind of paperwork on what was done and my check engine light comes on 2 days at most every time I get my car back from them and reassured the problem was fixed. They even told me they took the car to Honda Universe in Freehold but my gas gauge hasnt moved at all. Their manager is rude to my wife when I not there and not helpful at all. I just wish I wouldve read the review of this place before I bought a car there because I wouldve drove right past this place. Too bad too because I am buying another vehicle in another month and if they wouldve fixed this issue the first or second time or maybe even the 3rd time and been nice, I wouldve went back. LEMONS LEMONS LEMONS!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!

Friend took her trailer for repair. Great people fixed it and had her out in under 2 hours. Would recommend it to others.

RV Auto Bell I live down this way and the guys got a lot of lot of nice looking used cars Im busy trying to find me a pick up truck and if youre looking for something stop in there and see what hes got hes got a lot to choose from

Im giving them zero stars, I recently purchased a used truck from them with a check engine light on tryt rest it and came back on a week later. I started to have more problems with the truck. I could never get them to let me bring it in to get it fixed. I finely took it to my mechanic who has been in business for over 30 years. He gave me a list of what was wrong and told me the truck should not be on the road. I returned the truck and was refused a refund. I have all paperwork proving I bought the truck and from my mechanic. Dont buy anything from here. Also I reported them to the state consumer affairs office.

Average used car dealership. A/C initially worked. Shortly after it cost me 1000 to replace. I havr COPD and explained to Mark and Joe that good A/C was a must. Had to purchase all new brakes, rotors and tires.Most mechanics said the underbelly of my05 Dodge Caravan had excessive rust probably from water damage.After all is said & done, they wont install my missing spare tire. Ive called numerous times only to be forgotten on hold and revisited RV three times. Empty promises.

I went in looking for a van just to get around and I have to talk with the owner I wound up test driving a 2016 Nissan Versa within two hours the car was detailed and all the paperwork was done great price great bunch of guys thank you

Id just like to say that while looking for a place to purchase a car, I ALWAYS read reviews first. Working in an industry myself, where we rely on reviews to drive business I know how frustrating it can be when people leave bad reviews. When this happens, well usually use it as a learning experience as to how we can improve and grow, to be better in the future and prevent getting bad reviews. Ill go ahead and beat you to the punch and say Ive never bought a car from your dealership. The reason Im even posting this is to tell you, that your completely unprofessional and downright obnoxious responses to bad reviews, is the REASON, Ill find somewhere else to spend my money. You should probably think, before you react because youre biting off your own nose, to spite your face and losing potential business by not thinking, before responding. Youre in a public forum where hundreds, if not thousands of people will come here to see if they should do business with you. Maybe consider having a level headed grown up be responsible for responding to bad reviews.

ZERO STARS!!!! My boyfriend purchased a car from this so called dealership and had nothing but problems from day 1. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. This vehicle he sold him was nothing but a LEMON!!!! So many things wrong with it and they told him they were going to fix it but never did. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!!!

First of all, I rarely find it necessary to leave negative reviews about a business. I usually shrug it off and move on. The recent experience with RV Auto has caused more pain, anxiety, and frustration than any other business transaction in my entire life. My only hope is that I can spare someone the same awful experience. Caveat Emptor when dealing with RV Auto.I bought a 1999 F-250 truck sight-unseen on Ebay. I originally planned to fly to NJ and inspect the vehicle, but after talking to the seller at length on the phone, I was convinced that the truck was clean and rust-free; presuming he was truthful. The seller stated explicitly both in the auction description and personally on the phone that it was like new and rust-free underneath. In truth, the truck was neither rust-free nor anything remotely like new. Not only did I not get what I was promised, I paid dearly for it because I was bidding against others that thought it was a like new truck. In the end I paid well over book value.I had the truck shipped to me in NC. Upon arrival I noticed that the suspension was severely eaten up with rust. It was so bad that I had to replace some components before it was safe to drive. The rear spring perches were so severely rotted that one deep pothole at 30 MPH would have been catastrophic. The steering wheel had huge chunks of rubber torn from it - exposing the metal core. The headliner was sagging down in your face. There were numerous large holes hacked into the dash where a brake control unit had been installed. (This is a like new interior?). There was no Spare tire, nor were there any door keys. This alone cost me over $300 to correct.After complaining to the owner they agreed to refund $800 - but only if I agreed to leave positive feedback first. As much as it pained me to leave positive feedback to a seller so undeserving, I begrudgingly did it in an attempt to recoup some of my loss. I waited 2 weeks and no refund. After repeated inquiries and threats to open a case on ebay they told me I wouldnt be getting the refund. Evidently because I had annoyed them about the payment.Caution: Ebay nor Paypal arent helpful in resolving issues with cars older than 10 years - so youre on your own. This dealer can take advantage of this and can misrepresent vehicles without any repercussions. I did file a dispute with Paypal but it was quickly denied because of the 10 year rule for used cars. During the dispute, the seller told Paypal that I threatened them with Negative feedback unless they paid me $800. The problem with this claim is that if I was blackmailing them, I certainly wouldnt have left positive feedback BEFORE I received the payment! The feedback would be my only leverage to get the money. My positive feedback was recorded on ebay - this alone invalidates their claim.The punishment continued when I went to register the vehicle. I went to NC DMV and was told I needed a bill of sale to complete the registration. R V Auto did not send me one - so I called them while at DMV. They told me theyd call me back. I waited over an hour until DMV closed. No call back, no Bill of Sale. I finally was able to get sufficient documentation through Ebay that allowed me to register the vehicle - with absolutely zero help from R V Auto. In hindsight I can only kick myself for not reading the reviews. Its no surprise this seller has countless complaints on Google reviews and Ebay feedback. Check their Better Business Bureau status - Its filled with similar buyer horror stores.

This has to be the worst experience buying anything Ive ever had. not only did every light come on my dash, the car I bought leaks coolant, has bad spark plugs, air filter, you name it, its bad on it, fuses popping left and right I keep a box in my purse. The windows, fuel Gage, gas cap, I can go on and on. Its been more than a month and I havent received a title which makes me now believe there isnt even one and NO PLATES. THEY SAID THEYD TAKE CARE OF IT AND I AM NOW THE OWNER OF AN ILLEGAL VEHICLE. consumer affairs and my lawyer can deal with them. When questioned about these matters the scum of earth guy just hangs up on you. Dont waste your money dealing with them, youll find yourself in some type of trouble.Update! All the coolant? Filling the cylinders. Thanks for the totaled vehicle!!*They are saying I never bought a vehicle. Okay Larry and the super tall guy sold it to me. It was a Mercury mountaineer. Youve got a bunch of rude grown men who wont own up to selling a pregnant girl a broken down car . So your crooks and liars. Shady. Oh and your update . The car was junked! Before a year was even up. Dont make me upload receipts 🙅 apparently a bad experience means it never happened. I encourage everyone to read how they respond to negative reviews and how fake the good ones are. Truly the reason used car dealers are a joke. Lesson learned .

Poor. Manager was a week late on prearranged replacement parts and did not provide parts from manufacturer he quoted. He also did not provide registration card until temporary registration had expired. He acted in very unprofessional manor.I had to call repeatedly to inquire on replacement parts and registration. Many calls were not returned.I would not do repeat business with RV Auto Sales and would not recommend this place of business to others.

ZERO STARS. I cant even begin to tell you how much these people should be out of business. The cars on their lot are NOT SAFE, LOW FLUIDS, BAD COMPUTERS, DANGEROUS CARS. THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY HAND THE KEYS TO A PREGNANT WOMEN WITH A BABY. THEY CLEAR THE CODES AND LET EM GO!!!!! Beware!!!

Bought a vehicle from these guys. The negotiations were a lil annoying (But when is it not. lol) I ended up buying the car a mazda 3 for good price. But what im most impressed about an it says a lot. A couple weeks in i notced some rust on undercarriage. I brought it back and expressed my concerns about it. Joe (the owner) looked at it and immediately offered to make repairs (Although i bought it AS IS) for no charge. They didnt have to. but they did the right thing by me. Id buy again from RV, salesmen Mark owner Joe good guys

I would never recommend this place to anybody... I got a car from here some years back ..it was over priced ..poor customer service.. And Im glad I kept my receipts because man did they try to make me over pay... Id take the bus before I ever deal with RV again #facts p.s I only put 1 star because there is no option for NO stars..good luck to you all
