My son bought a pair of shoes in the Ocean County Mall store a half of size too small. We went to exchange them and because they had a small spot on the top they would not exchange them. My son did not wear the shoes, the employee insisted we were lying, because they would never sell an item like that, which they obviously did and would not exchange the shoes. Im livid that my son spent $130 did not wear the shoes, and could not exchange them. We will NEVER go to footaction, Champs, or Foot Locker again!!
