Wow! So happy we decided to go with Creative Countertops for our new counters. Steve was simply the BEST, as he was always extremely quick to respond and was there with us through every step of the process. The whole team was professional, friendly and honest. The end result is better than what we imagined, and we still cant believe how easy the process was. Highly recommend Creative to anyone looking to upgrade the kitchen.

I have used Steve and his crew on 3 different occasions over the last 8 years for countertops and cabinetry. Our most recent project is a 72 vanity with a quartz top. My experiences with Steve have been nothing short of professional. He returns calls; explains the how and why things are done a certain way; shows up on time; leaves no loose ends. WOW! To say Im very pleased and happy with Creative Countertops, Toms River, NJ, is an understatement! Working with Steve Austen was a pleasant experience. He was more than patient with helping me make my decisions re choosing a countertop. (THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL!) The team of John who did the measuring to the other Steve and helper Nick who did the installation, did an outstanding job, down to the last detail. I am thrilled with my new quartz countertop. The fabrication was impeccable and this was not a simple install. The prior homeowner renovated the kitchen and the cabinets were not perfectly level. The install crew quickly resolved the problem and got the job done. They even fabricated cleats and supports so I could extend the counter an additional 5 feet. The stone itself is absolutely stunning - Thanks to Steve and the guys at Creative Countertops. I plan to use them again soon for new bathroom counters. Steve is the consummate professional. His work is flawless and he is a man of integrity and honesty. I would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate their home.

My assumption is that this guy doesn’t want to do small jobs because I left 2 messages & never got a call back for a countertop replacement. That’s ok though. Classic kitchens Answers their phone and got my business even if it was only $1500. They’ll also get my referrals to friends & family & facebook groups.

In dealing with Steve at Creative Countertops, the words that come to mind are personable, reliable, trustworthy, fair, understanding, knowledgeable,and obviously CREATIVE.Steve went out of his way and over and beyond what one would expect in dealing with the owner of a company. Each of the two times we had countertops installed, the work was pristeen and perfect and the area surrounding it left the same. If I had more countertops to replace, I would call him back in an instant.
