Normally, I would have given a higher score however the person who was going to write on the cake, was so flip, borderline rude and condescending Taylor, I will not.Taylor, without your customers you wouldnt have a job! There was definitely a more professional manner in which you could have responded to my request to add a simple 2 line fish to a cake!I will remember this, go down the road for my ice cream and cakes!

Flavors are so delicious and natural tasting. I hate when flavored ice cream tastes artificial. The key lime pie flavor is outstanding. Spot on. The soft vanilla clearly uses high quality flavoring. There hasn’t been a flavor I don’t like..highly recommend.

This place is amazing. Their hours are perfect for any ice cream lover...homemade ice cream in wonderful flavors...second to none (especially the Key lime Graham Cracker) ..HOWEVER, yesterday, they just blew me away. I needed an ice cream cake... so they have a freezer case stocked... I grabbed a cake, and asked for a specific message, she was so helpful, and talented, as I’m handwriting challenged... she advised me that she had just made the cake so the frosting was soft, and also made sure I knew exactly what type of ice cream was in the cake...my family was blown away by the quality of this cake. Thank You!

My daughter had purchased an ice cream cake for my birthday with two different hard ice cream flavors, chocolate peanut butter crunch and vanilla peanut butter crunch. It was a 7” round cake with a price tag of $35 😳. I have been enjoying these flavors for at least 25 years with no complaints as they are my favorites however, there was barely any peanut butter in either layer. This was very disappointing as I’ve never had an issue before. For the hefty price of a 7” cake, they could have at least added more peanut butter as the flavor of the ice cream states. Will never purchase an ice cream cake from them again as I basically paid $35 for a typical chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake which I could have gotten anywhere for a fraction of the cost

Ice cream is good. Additives (cherries, peanut butter, crunchies, etc.) are VERY skimpy. I got 2 scoops of cherry vanilla the last time I was there and 1 whole scoop had only a small piece of a cherry in it. VERY SKIMPY! For the price you pay there should be MUCH MORE! WAYYYY overpriced!!

Great ice cream with a lot of variety for flavors and toppings. Very over priced though.

We have been extremely disappointed the last few times we have gone to Sundaes. The scoopers have had a very weak scoops and the cones have been extremely small, barely raising past the top of the cone. I know its Covid times, and many businesses are struggling, however, it cost $26 for four ice cream Waffle cones when my family goes there. I have no problem paying the money but, unfortunately, the cones have been so small we will not go back. I highly advise if you are looking to get what you pay for it to not go here. It has been very disappointing for us the last couple experiences we have had.We have been going to Sundaes for years. They have the best ice cream flavors around and we were always very happy with the service which is why Im going to give it two stars instead of one.

The ice cream was deeeelicious. The girls were so patient as I ended up adding item after item after calling home to see if anyone wanted ice cream. Lol. There were 10 people back home. Lol. I bought two ice cream cakes as well and they were quite delicious as well.A definite must visit!!!

We ordered box lunches for our BOY Scout troop members and their family for lunch on our first day. They were ready right when our parents made it to pick them up and every order was correct! The food was very delicious and it included a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream so we went back that evening for our treats. It was a decent sized line but it went quickly and the ice cream is very good!!

If you are in Sundaes The Ice Cream Place, you have to give Leopold’s a try just to say you had their ice cream and see their old-timely shop. The wait can be potentially 10-20 minutes. When I got there the line was fairly short but as I left . Be patient....it’s ice cream! Sundaes The Ice Cream Placetries to push customers they as quickly as possible .

Bring my 5 year.old here all the time. We love their soft serve and take home cookie sandwiches! The girls really hustle during the summer and definitely keep their cool. Ive witnessed many times the sh*t they have to put up with!

Very disappointed in the running of the Toms River Store. Very few workers weren’t wearing masks correctly. All didn’t cover their noses. Had to wait a long time and was disgusted By the number of customers who were allowed to place their orders at the window not wearing masks. When I mentioned this to the salesgirl, she didn’t have a response. I suggested they place a sign at the window. Not going back to this store. Seems dirty and not safe health wise. I noticed other branches have signs posted that are visible to all customers. They refuse to let let anyone come up to the window if they aren’t wearing a mask. Toms River could learn from them. Poor management,

It can get really crowded over the summer at this place and she is always friendly, attentive and refreshing - even under pressure.My wife and I have been wanting to write this review for a while now. Good selection of hard Ice cream flavors. Coffee was creamy and had a nice taste. Sundae with Strawberry Ice Cream, strawberries and whipped cream was both filling and yummy. Outside seating on benches is available or in your car.

My favorite ice cream. My husband lives the cannoli, I love the pumpkin cream pie. Also love the Dole whip. Pineapple is our favorite. Hope they get in lime flavor. Their soft ice cream is excellent as well. They make the best sundaes. However you want them.

Dickey Dogs! Next door to The ice Cream - Place. 87Pretty waitresses, giant hot dogs with or without gourmet toppings, burgers etc. A great place to eat. A very varied menu of good, fresh made food. A nice place to stop for lunch or an evening meal, bring the family for a special night.

This is the most amazing ice cream.... Fresh and soft. Lots of flavors and the waffle cone was fresh. The staff is really friendly and even at 1057 pm a family pulled up and with a smile they welcomed them. I dont live in the area but I will absolutely be back.

The icecream cake was delicious and everyone at the party asked where we purchased it. The young ladies working there were very helpful and wrote the birthday names on it for me. I will be back!
