I went to the Silverton Pharmacy our local pharmacy for a covid test. The pharmacist, Jay Patel is the nicest pharmacist I have ever met. Pharmacist Patel was very pleasant, reassuring, explained the test and I was finished in a couple minutes. I’m very happy I had the covid test done at the Silverton Pharmacy. I’m also very happy we have such a well run pharmacy near our house staffed with such nice people!

We had the most amazing experience at Silverton pharmacy today. Everyone was so friendly from the minute we walked in the door. My husband was a complete wreck about getting his COVID vaccine and this turned out to be the perfect place. They were not over booked. There was no line of people. We were in and out (monitoring time of course) and everyone was so kind as I said, reassuring my dear husband and making him comfortable. This was a big deal for him. Setting all of that aside, the store is full of all of what a pharmacy should have and a whole lot more and I look forward to doing business there again because of this wonderful experience.

I had to have a Covid PCR because I was traveling outside the U.S. and the staff made it easy to make an appointment, when I came in for my appointment I only waited about five minutes and I received my results within 24 hours. Thank you for reducing the stress of having to be tested for a flight.

My 11 year old daughter and I scheduled Covid PCR tests online and went there. It was our first time to this pharmacy. They took us right away. Test didnt go as far up my nose as I feared! No discomfort at all. And I received my emailed results the next day! I was so impressed with the giftware there too. Too easy to find a cute gift for a loved one. And we did..... To make the experience even sweeter...... they wrapped our gift with a bow and all! I would definitely use them again for Covid testing, vaccinations and gift shopping!

I had my first Moderna vaccine and the person that did it was not experienced. She thought I was there for my second shot and I told her no I am here for my first one. I said why would you think that and she said because she remembers seeing me before. than she got the needle did NOT clean my left arm. Then she put a white circle band aid on then put the needle through it. I left went home and by the next day I had a huge ball in my arm. I got the vacine 8/30 and today is 9/21 and I still have the ball in my arm. I went to Silverton Pharmacy last week to speak with the pharmacist showed her my arm and she said she didnt put it in far enough. She also said that my second shot which will be 9/27 will have to be in my right arm. No apologies. I asked my family members and friends if they had that white circle band aid on their arm and everyone said no. I stopped at other pharmacies and I talked to their pharmacists and showed my arm to them and none of them used that while band aid and also said the girl that gave me the shot didnt know what she was doing.

It was easy to make an appointment. I was in and out very quickly.

Then also fashion, jewelry and specialty items like chocolates, snack items and more. You ucan find different gifts that unique. Also has a postal section in the store and big pharmacy department! Lottery too and friendly staff. They’ve been there a long time, great old time independent pharmacy & Gifts

The pharmacy crew are always welcoming, quick, and efficient. My doctor referred me here after countless terrible experiences with Walgreens. If they see you waiting at the desk they actually touch base with you instead of making you stand there until they finish what they’re doing. There’s not a single employee during my year-long visits that has even remotely rubbed me the wrong way and I can be difficult at times. Wonderful staff

I have been a very Happy Customer of this Pharmacy for many years. There is not a single thing I could think of that I’d say needed improvement or wasn’t beyond expectations. Like many people, I take expensive and complicated prescriptions. Big Corporate Chain Pharmacies simply don’t cater to Individual Customers, they don’t have the time or inclination to “Care” about Individual Customers. It took many years to find One Pharmacy that was willing to Stock the Medications I needed, and during that time I learned that Silverton was the Largest Independent Pharmacy In the Area, and the Only one willing to order specialized medications. Every time I visit, I feel like I am the most important Customer. Their Delivery Couriers are prompt, amazing, brave, honest, and never stopped delivering medications during COVID, when even Doctor’s Offices were closed. Everyone there is kind, Happy, and there is very little turnover, because it’s a Family Environment. They have wonderful gifts, games, puzzles, and a USPS Location, and sell stamps and packaging supplies. I even had Prescriptions mailed to me when I was traveling Out of State because Silverton Pharmacy had the Capability to do that. It’s the kind of place that is just a Positive Environment, and going there is Nothing like going to a Chain Pharmacy. I wholeheartedly recommend Silverton Pharmacy. Gabe & BD

They are my go-to place to find the essentials that my family and I have needed (masks, toilet paper, alcohol wipes, rubbing alcohol, disinfectant, etc.) The staff has been extremely helpful and kind. Their pharmacy is very knowledgeable, hard working, and are there to take care of their patients in any way possible. And its way more than just a pharmacy they sell clothing, jewelry, makeup, household items, cards, all kinds of ceramic and glass figurines, and I can go on and on. But youll just have to come down and check it out yourselves. Im so glad I switched to Silverton pharmacy.

This is the best Pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. I have lived in 5 different places over the course of my 34 years and Silverton Pharmacy is unlike any I have encountered, in the best way. First they have so many attributes.... the pharmacy for one, a post office, a gift shop (with lots of cool things to buy) cards/stationary, toys and a convenience store all in one place. When I was new in town and went there the first time everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They always greet customers with a smile. The best thing about Silverton Pharmacy is that they really care. A lot of places just go through the routines of the day, fill your prescription, verify with insurance blah blah blah. Here they care for their customers and want to make sure you get what you need. They take that extra step to help in whatever way they can. Plus they also say hello to my 2 year old son and even gave him a sticker, which made his day. Sometimes it is the small things, but a sticker to a little boy is a big thing and a smile on my sons face is a happy Mommy. Thanks Silverton for just being you!

I called to ask if they had a certain inhaler in stock & the woman I spoke to was extremely rude. It was almost like she couldn’t wait to get me off the phone & she hung up before I could even say “okay, thank you” I work in retail so I know what it’s like to work with the public all day but, all I did was ask you a question..

Boycott this place. Do not buy a single thing from these crooks. During this crisis, they are pricing gauging the public, and ripping people off.I bought a 6 oz bottle of hand sanatizer for $17.99 about three weeks ago.They also charged me $69.99 for a box of disposable face masks.This is shameful... THIS PLACE IS THE EXAMPLE OF WHATS WRONG WITH OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES

The place USE to be great-Few years ago I went often. Went in to get a RX and mail a package recently and WOW. Employees were rude and looked miserable! I mean in PO part-Pharmacy AND cashiers at front register. I couldn’t believe what a horrible experience. They also remodeled (it was better before). Very cramped now sooooo I won’t be back again.

Silverton pharmacy is clean, efficent, spot on customer service. Their pharmacy has an actual Counter to remove any error. This actually should be a pharmacy guideline. Moves clients in and out much faster then any other pharmacy in the area! Great job Silverton!!!

I dont live in Toms River but my daughter and her family do. My grandson fell and needed stitches and I was unable to get there. I called several places but only Silverton was nice enough to find a gift and deliver it for me. They were so nice and so helpful, I wish I lived in Toms River so I could use them for my pharmacy!
