Came in the other day last minute and had no idea what to get for my friends wedding. A guy working there, think his name was Karr, was super awesome and helped me pick out a gift and engraved all the glasses in the set I bought the same day! Total life saver!

I was in the store last night around 5:30 and the guy working did not greet me. He wasnt helpful when I asked questions he kind of blew me off like I was a bother. I believe his name was Kar. On top of that the store was so messy!!!I come in all of the time when the other employees are here and theyre wonderful and so helpful! I will not be coming back here again if he is working.

Brian was working not normally from this location but he was so polite and so helpful. I got quite a few things engraved and he made sure they came out perfect. Definitely went the extra mile . I just lost my husband and he was compassionate and patient while I broke down a few tines placing my order . Great selection for all occasions and very reasonably priced. I actually went back 3 days in a row to purchase more items. Very positive shopping experience

I like to shop small business but I would recommend going online for etched glass not here.. I brought in wine glasses to have them customized for Christmas, I confirmed a few timed that the names would be small in one area, the woman blew me off & acted annoyed so I assumed she knew what she was doing.. when I picked them up they were larger then the other print, when I said something she blew me off again rambling out some lame excuse so I just left, I won’t go back.. It cost me $23 per glass, expensive, it wouldn’t have been hard to do right.. The attitude alone was awful! I won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend this place
