Pretty sure the employees name is Christopher Robinson (was going to mention his name, but i figured he gets to “Pooh” comment) way too much. He was great working with my terrible small sample and managed to put the extra effort in to finding the right paint for touch up work off of eyeing it. He could have easily said, “we don’t have it” or “need a better sample”. I saw the effort he was putting in and showed me the paint he found blended perfectly.If he’s busy, just wait patently. He’ll figure out the best he can for any issue regarding paint jobs

Walked in around 10:15am on sunday 7/28/2019. Just purchased a house and my fiancee and I were looking to paint the ENTIRE house! Saw a gentleman at the counter behind a computer. I said Hello, Good Morning! and gave him a wave and smile. He looked me dead in the eyes, didnt say a word and looked back down at his computer. I mulled around the store for about 5 minutes before leaving empty handed. I was looking to spend at least $1,000 on paint and no one in the store could even acknowledge me! We went over to Lowes and it turns out they carry a vast line of Sherwin WIlliams products... score! The employees at Lowes were much more helpful and polite, made my purchase there and I will be going back to a big box store for more. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location, poor customer service does translate to lost sales.

I love the super paint use it for most interior and exterior home painting one coat after a prime coat is all you ever need. Staff is really knowledgeable and helpful about all the products. ( I have been using duration since I posted this and that is my go to paint now, however I still use super paint for lots of projects).

The sales staff (I wish I had gotten her name) goes above and beyond what is expected. The store was technically closed (Saturday afternoon) but she stayed, knowing I was having problems finding the store. I got my paint and the store got a sale because of this conscientious, personable, knowledgeable employee.

The girl who helped us was very friendly and super knowledgeable. The store carries everything you could possibly need.
