Part came on time, they’re willing to let me take care of install and paint myself which I appreciate. Big cost difference. Little pricey but not too bad. Only part of the store where they have been on time and respectful to me.

I would like to express my appreciation to Brett Lewis, parts manager. I had a parts situation and Brett was very helpful in resolving it. His whole focus was ensuring that i was treated with the upmost importance. It paid off to have been a long time customer of Lewis Toyota.

While having our Prius serviced I asked about getting information on a 2015 Toyota Tundra. JT was kind enough to locate a brochure online and printed it out for me.
