I took my Tribute for the 150K mile service. The machine they use to flush the transmission fluid broke so they had to reschedule me (after I had waited an hour and a half in their wait room). Not a huge deal but a waste of my time.After getting my car back from the rescheduled appointment I notice that they did not rotate my tires, like they said they did. They also didnt change the oil change notice sticker so I dont know if they actually changed the oil. I like to think they did.So these two issues have cost them 1 star each. I will be following up regarding the tire rotation I paid for but did not receive.

Good quick service - excellent customer waiting area - added feature of rotating tires nice - as I would have to take to where I purchased tires for free rotation - thank you.There is one on-going perplexity for me as it seems to change and that is the sticker posted on windshield showing dates and mileage. I use this sticker to gauge if I want to change my oil due to mileage - due to date as low mileage sometimes lags and the date becomes determinative for the oil change decision.This time my mileage was 124,030 miles and according to my sticker set for mileage when I should change oil showed 126,000 miles. I am making an emergency trip to Calf. 1500 miles - so I am ok but I did not want to change my oil in Calf - so I came in early with a good 2000 mile balance. The sticker was useful. This time the sticker different showed not the mileage of this oil change but for the next oil change of 131000 plus miles. I can work with that date as well - but it is odd that there does not seem to be a pattern. I personally like to know what my mileage was when I changed it. Plus it seems that the recommended mileage between oil changes is now over 7000 miles?

I have been there several times in the past and received great service, this time I did not. The service advisor, Travis Ussery kept trying to have unneeded work done on my CX5. I had went on line to schedule my appointment and checked the box that told me what needed to be done and it showed a price around 29 dollars. That was all I needed done. He wanted to change the spark plugs which was jus done a few months ago, change my wiper blades which I did myself just two weeks ago, then have my tires replaced. The only option he gave me on the tires was just one which would’ve been 992 dollars installed. I said no to all three of these yet my total was 85.45 dollars. On top of all this I had to wait 3 hours to get a simple oil change. I am a loyal customer who will no longer come back after this. I prefer to give my business to someone else.

Scheduled online maintenance and was pre checked before we got in. Easy reception and checkin very friendly and professional. We also got a loaner for the 3 hr wait to run errands kudos! Not only did they afford us coupons they also went out of the way to schedule repairs for one of our systems that had damages kudos on the inspection. We also got a car wash Yay .. Ultimately a great experience at this dealership highly recommend. Mr. Travis Ussery provided us excellent service, went above and beyond to secure the loaner and other related items for the service👍🏾 just a solid service provider.

Very unimpressed. I had an appointment for an oil change and a recall job (the real reason for the visit). I tried to make the appointment for a Saturday, but was told they only performed warranty work on weekdays. After taking the day off from work, I took the car in only for them to tell me that Ill have to wait another week for the part and make yet another appointment. Apparently, they only wanted to see the car in order to get the VIN. The only reason Ill return to this place is to get warranty work as its the only dealer within 2 hours of my home.Update: A manager contracted me within a couple of hours of posting the previous review. He apologized for the way things were handled and tried to make things right the best he could, even offering to pick up my car from home, an hour away from the dealer, once the part arrived. I really appreciate the effort, but wish it didnt take a manager to get things right from the get go.Once I arrived to the dealer at appointment time, the car was processed immediately, repaired, and sanitized at the end. I am very satisfied with the service once the manager got involved.

Love the 2019 CX5 and I believe I got a very good deal on it. Only three stars because I feel the finance guy misled me on cost of an extended warranty - he said $20/month but when I looked at the paperwork that night it was $5,600, or more like $78/month. I went in first thing the next morning and he agreed to let me cancel it (would be applied to my principle on the loan anyway) but said I was only getting $5,020 applied to the loan as the rest was sales tax on the contract that I had to pay. If I return an unused product at a store I get the sales tax back so not sure why Im out $580.

I brought my car to go this place because of the Mazda recall to fix airbag problembut they did inspec my car without asking. Then they told me I need to change Bla Bla Bla.... about 2,700 usd.That is a lot of money. I told them just changed the oil. Take time about almost 3 hrs (long so long). The information on the billtold that they changed the oil and rotated the tires and fixed the airbag problem. I came home and checkedmy tiredsstill on the same position. I do not sure that they really fix my airbag recall. My first experience here is not good.The employees was nice talking.

Our Mazda vehicle had a bad connection on the left headlight plug. Laird Noller Mazda got it in and out on the same day with a 100% guarantee that it was fixed. This is the first time Im unhappy with the dealership. Heres why: I bought a set of tires and a nitrogen package. I buy the nitrogen package every year. It comes with roadside hazard benefits, which includes a tire warranty. I was not told the nitrogen package I purchased was a different vendor this time and the roadside hazard benefit was no longer available. I only found out when I asked where my nitrogen pamphlet was. So I had no tire warranty for my brand new tires! Not good. So after much questioning on my part, I was able to figure out I needed to purchase a tire warranty through the dealership, which is fine, but no one told me about the change in the nitrogen package benefits, or even offered to sell me the dealership tire warranty. They were quite blase about the whole thing, youd think a lightbulb wouldve gone off, but no. They had a chance to upsell. If I hadnt been on my game and asked lots of questions, I wouldve driven off the lot with no tire protection. That wouldve been totally unacceptable. Ive been with this dealership for 9 years and this is the first time Ive been very disappointed. I should not have to do the thinking when I take my car into the dealership. Thats what I pay them for. They get a thumbs down from me this time, unfortunately.
