Took my 2019 Ram in for a couple of issues before the factory warranty was up and I needed it done quickly because I was leaving on a long trip. They got it in right away and took care of one issue and a recall I wasnt aware. Had to order parts for the second issue and it will be covered under the warranty even though it expired while I was on the trip. They did a fantastic job and provided great customer service. Well done Briggs!

The entire staff at Briggs is amazing. We have used them for years and will continue to down the road. They are very thorough when you are searching for a vehicle and work hard to find what you are looking for. It took us 6 months of searching but they found my husband his dream truck. Why is it that every time I take a vehicle for routine maintenance I end up with an extensive estimate for a problem that didnt appear until after being in this shop? A while back the staff were a great help for a known problem, now theres a new problem every visit... hmmm.After talking with Service Manager, he was able to get vehicle back in, and diagnose problem that came about after routine maintenance, and assisted in making sure we had transportation while vehicle was back in shop. I appreciate the response to our concern.

I was told by a Jeep dealership and another shop while on vacation that all of the upper and lower ball joints needed to be replaced.Briggs was able to get us in last minute on Saturday to do the repairs.They inspected my Jeep and brought me back to the mechanic.The mechanic showed me that they were in good condition and had my wife and I back on the road in record time.I highly recommend their service department.

Booked an oil change and tire rotation. Was told at the time of booking it that it’d be a 30-45 min process. We showed up a little early (we were passing through Topeka on our way to KC). Dropped off my truck, left and went and got lunch, came back an hour later and the truck had never moved. Service guy says they’ll get it right in. We go walking around just killing time, come back a little later and my truck is on a lift with 2 tires off and the tech is sitting next to it in a chair scrolling on his phone. Ok, whatever. The service guy comes back and tells us one of the lug nuts is stripped and it must have been done at the last oil change (the truck was brand new….this was the first oil change) but tells us that it’ll take an extra hour to repair it. At this point we tell him not to, we’ll take it back to our regular dealership. They proceeded with the oil change, we’re standing with the service guy giving him info about the extended warranty package I purchased that covers said oil change when we look over and the tech literally jumped up onto the side of my truck to close the hood. We bring it to the service guys attention and he responds “well he’s short, he couldn’t reach it”. We finally got the truck back and oil was dripping off the whole front end of the truck and they never rotated the tires on the other side of it.

I was very disappointed with the wait time today. I had a 1pm appointment and didn’t leave until 3:45 pm. I was getting an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wipers. I was told the wait time had something to do with trouble putting the service information on the computer. When I was paying I was told there was an issue with the wipers but they put on Mopar wipers so hoped that made the wait not so bad. It didn’t. I don’t know if they are understaffed but I should have been told about the long wait time when I called to make the appointment and said I would be waiting for my vehicle. I won’t be back.

What was a sometimes rocky and frustrating experience, has been handled by Chris V. at Briggs. Previous to Chris, we had tried to deal with 3 other people. I say tried because getting a phone call returned proved extremely difficult. Communication should be a big part of customer service. Especially when people are spending large amounts of money. I wish we had be able to deal with Chris from day 1. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner and all issues and concerns were addressed appropriately.

I had made a appointment for some recall work to be done on my vehicle. They were super nice guys. Sat up the appointment for me on a Saturday which is something that they dont do on Saturdays. Then I called them about 15 minutes before the appointment and told them I was going to be about 15 minutes late. Thy said it was OK. When I got there they took the vehicle right in. Done the upgrade to it in a short time. Great service and great people to deal with. I highly recommend this place.

This is the second time I have used Briggs Dodge Ram service to change the oil in my truck. This is the second time they have managed to coat the front of my white truck in engine oil hand prints. At least this time they remembered to tighten my drain plug. It was also nice to learn the person who set the appointment had no idea what he was talking about and had no idea what the service was going to cost as he told me 90 and when I went to pay it was 165. Probably my last trip to Briggs service Im tired of extremely sloppy work and a shop full of techs that apparently could care less......

Briggs has treated me well since I purchased my truck. The service department works quickly and does a great job.

Everytime I go in with my vehicles to have them serviced I always set up an appointment! Why should I have to wait longer for a simple tire rotation?! My husband says 30 minutes tops to get it done. And always hear the same story they are short a tech and this isn’t because of covid! I heard it long before covid started. I realize that a lot of people are short staffed but I was the only one left in the waiting area for 30 minutes after everyone else was gone!I may give them one more try but if I have to wait more than necessary to get my vehicle serviced with appointment set up I will go else where!

The GM and the service department at Briggs is outstanding. We just returned home from a 3,500 mile trip from GA to Utah and back. Our friend has a new 2020 Dodge Ram that kept going into limp mode. I found a vehicle on their website I was interested in buying. I called to schedule an appointment to test drive it. I showed up to my scheduled appointment and they were in the process of selling the vehicle while we were walking into the dealership. This situation appears to be a good indication of the type of management they have here. Chris was the name of the manager that was responsible for having the vehicle ready for us. Instead he decided to sell it out from under us. Don’t waste your time trying to work with this dealership.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had in 40 years of buying vehicles

I am very disappointed in this car lot. They were VERY helpful in the beginning…. Then I tried to get approved for a 2nd car… was told that I needed a co-signer. My co-signer applied online that same night. This was almost a month ago. After calling and being told multiple times that I would be called back. No one ever would. But they called my co-signer almost every day to try to sell a car to them. Then in that time the only 2 cars I wanted were both sold. I should not have had to call every day for almost a month with no resolution or callbacks. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car lot.

If you go in get with DJ Nuessen he is awesome and very down to earth and will do everything he can to make this an enjoyable experience, I would definitely buy my next Vehicle at Briggs awesome group of people!

I Purchased A New Durango Recently From Them & I Have Every Warranty Possible Attached To This SUV. 3 Times I’ve Made An Appointment With Briggs & They Take Forever To Get Things Done. Today I Had A Nail In A Tire, To Take Off A Tire & Patch It, It Took 2 Hours. 6th Street, You’re In & Out Within 10 Minutes for Under $10. I Had An Oil Change A Couple Months Ago, It Took 2.5 Hours. When I First Bought My Truck, And Traveled Out of State The Weather Strip On The Roof Came Off Within A Hour Out Of Town. That Was Almost A 2.5 Hour Job To Lay A New Black Strip On The Drivers SideI Have Another Car From Ed Bozarth & They Service My Vehicle In Half The Time For Tires & Oil. If Briggs Can Service Alittle Better, I Wouldn’t Mind Giving 5 Stars. Besides That Briggs Is The Way To Go.

The service department at Briggs has performed every recall associated with my 2015 Ram EcoDiesel. The recalls have been frequent and numerous. This team has effectively communicated the specifics regarding the repair process and has kept me informed of any changes to the completion times or issues with availability of parts. They have been professional and proficient. I am incredibly pleased with their commitment to customer service. This is a great team.

Found a minivan on cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Drove an hour to get there. They pull it around and its a different minivan. Different color, different interior package options and its dirty and sticky and covered in dog hair. My wife proceeds to test drive it anyway and notices that the rear end shakes a bit when the brakes are applied. Car sales man says he didnt notice it and when she displayed the problem again he said it was due to it having rained recently... This is simply not true. A simple examination of the rear wheel wheel brake system showed that the rotors were corroded. The GM comes out and apologizes for the vehicle mix up and says he will replace the rear rotors and install a rear entertainment package that was in the one we made an appointment to see. I was almost sold on the van at this point. I told the GM that I didnt appreciate the car salesman lying to my wife (when I wasnt around) about the braking problem being caused by rain. And the GM doubled down on the lie and stated that after a rain it can make the brake rotors cause shaking while braking. Again this is simply not true and an obvious lie right to my face after I told him I already knew it was a lie. I will not spend thousands of dollars on a product from people who so easily lie and are very unprofessional. This has also put a stain on all the Briggs dealerships in my mind and I will never be buying from them in my life. And I will recommend to anyone that asks that they not as well. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Disgusted with Briggs.

Well I was only in for an oil change. And after waiting for over 2 and a half hours my car was parked out back and they couldnt find the keys..All the technicians had already left for the evening so I didnt get my oil changed and I was charged for someone elses vehicle only to be refunded and have to wait 5 business days to get my money back..The worst experience ever!

Wes in the finance department was also so helpful and answered all my questions. Will the manager was also so willing to work with me to exceed expectations. My car had a couple of recalls that needed correction so I called Briggs, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were quick, efficient, and professional with their services. One of my tires was a little low and I had noticed that when I got my car back the tire was aired up. That was so helpful, especially on a cold, icy day like today.

Went in for oil change and multi point inspection. I was in and out in under an hour. I purchased 2016 Dodge Journey from them in June 2020. I’m sure they told me then but I completely forgot if so. It was my first oil change since purchase so it was free! What a nice surprise! Waiting lounge was comfortable and clean. The service guys get A+ from us!

I have bought 3 vehicles from briggs dodge of Topeka. The first truck bought extended warranty which turns out doesnt cover what was said. Sold truck. Then bought my wifes car. This car is wonderful not a problem with it. Shortly after get letter in mail asking to buy it back. Thought ok lets see offer me quite a bit lower. I said no moved on. About a year later I buy a chevy truck from them. Have had the truck 2 years the car 3 years. I have been sent letter after letter about buying my vehicles back. When you go in to entertain the idea they never fail but to offer the lowest price possible. I get that they need to make money. I waist my time to go down and be insulted on my knowledge of cars. They pick the lowest price possible for vehicle close to yours and say this is what kbb says. Absolutely anyone can use kbb. So dont believe when they lie to you. I waited in the office for over an hour had to go to work and then spent the rest of the day waiting for a call. Finally get a call again tells me what my truck is worth as I am looking at kbb. He states its worth this much then says I am wrong on what I looked at the price. I believe after this last experience with them that they will never get my business again. I would refer you to buy somewhere else as you buy vehicle here you will get cheap offers from them in the mail.

I had another appointment within walking distance and that allowed me to take care of something else while they did an oil change.This was the second time using them and I should have mentioned that I had worked since the night before and would like to get out of there quicker. By the time I left there Id been up 18 hours. Its not their fault in anyway. It was mine.

I drove from out of state (4 hours one way) to get the perfect car I was looking for that they had listed. I looked up reviews on the dealership before making the drive as I certainly was not going to drive all that way to deal with a shady dealership. Upon seeing fantastic reviews, I felt comfortable with making trip to get the car, and I was not disappointed! The salesman, John Ard, was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions. Very personable and knowledgeable. The finance manager who worked with me, Tony Barnes, was great to work with as well. I typically am anxious about working with car dealerships, but this was such a great experience. Definitely recommend and I am glad I made the trip. Briggs Service went through a rough period in my opinion but has been improving as of late. Bailey M was one of the best service advisors Ive dealt with since Brian Parre was an advisor (hes now a service manager).

I have got to be the most difficult customer theyve had in a while... but they were super understanding - maintained professionalism and courtesy and got me the car I wanted with an AWESOME APR. They even made sure my nephew ate and provided him pizza... such a great staff. So sorry I created double the work for ya fellas but thank you all for helping me!! I had an appt for and arrived on time they told me on the phone and in person it would take 30 to 45 minutes for an oil change. It took 1 HOUR AND 38 MINUTES for an oil change. The mechanic was standing there doing nothing and the service counter girl had to finish the oil change. I do not recommend this place to be timely.
