None of the overnight employees wore masks, nor did they ask customers to wear them, and they did not make it clear that a register had a broken card reader until after theyd shut down all the other registers in front of me, and when I asked if they could check me out on another reader or swipe my card themselves, they said no without any explanation or attempt to find a solution. then, while I got money from the ATM to pay in cash, which I said I was doing, they canceled my purchase and reset that register, which would take 10-15 minutes to finish and be functional again. I would give this location negative stars if I could.

In and out good customer service and no bs

Recently theres been no coffee or creamer and sometimes theres almost no candy. They should consider getting a new manager

The gentleman working went outside to the air pump they have just to make sure it was working correctly before I went out to use it. Unfortunately it was out of service.

U.S supreme says state governments have the primary authority to control the spread in their jurisdiction.1st amendment says Freedom of association.It is not against the law to not wear a mask in a public place. And by Law you can not make anyone wear a mask. Because what it had a medical condition CDC. Lung cancer, trouble breathing. And by law you can not ask me what my medical condition is. You can call the police. All they are required to do is to ask to see proof. Waiting for a Private Civil lawsuit to happen acting the way you do.

I am giving this store 2 stars cuz everytime I go in there at night after work around 2am. One of the employees named ALEX is super rude. And after last night I will not be going in there anymore.b

I would give less then one star if I could. I purchased a bang that was expired today. I went to take it back and exchange for one that wasnt, but the manager said that he couldnt exchange it for me. I told him that it was expired and smelled like dirty feet and he said that its supposed to smell like that... at this point I was mad since I used to run a GNC and probably have sold hundreds of bang in my lifetime and not one time have I ever smelled one like this... I purchased a new one and went about my day.. this place needs better customer service and management

They dont answer their phone. They dont come out when the pump help button is pressed. They are pretty much useless aside from talking, scanning an making change.Too add to it like some else also stated, they never have any food, if they do it seems to be from morning shift because its old and stale looking. Get a manager not a friend working there.

Went to put air in my tires and the slots where you put your quarters were clogged with other quarters. Seriously? Empty the darn thing so you can earn some more money. SMH. Fourth gas station I visited this morning on my commute to work and I just needed to air up my tires. So far I’m 0/4. First gas station I find with an air pump that works, regardless of the overprices for air, is getting a 5 star rating from me today.

They are very nice there to me when I shop

Worst kwik shop Ive ever been to, and I like Kwik Shops. Ive been working in downtown Topeka for almost a year. Nearly every time I visit this location for a drink or snack at lunch theyre completely out of hot dogs, nachos, or fountain drinks (how can a gas station have their fountain drinks down for a week at a time multiple times a year?!?). When you do say something to an employee like the hotdogs are out, they just say yeah, were busy at lunch, and turn around without restocking.

Place is a mess all the time. Trash and boxes everywhere. I don’t understand why Topeka doesn’t have better options

Walked in checked out and was told shame on me after I told her I was in the National Guard... Seriously total disrespect... wish I would have gotten her name.. Im a veteran and I dont expect to get recognized but I do at-least expect common curtousy as a civilian.
