Had new seamless gutters installed the first week of Feb. 2020. By April the back gutter was separating from the house already. Water leaking in between roof and gutter. ( exact reason why I had new ones installed). The installation crew left quite a mess behind( nails in driveway and yard and old gutter guards not all taken away). Have been trying for over a week to get someone to come look at what is wrong and can’t even get anyone to respond. 1 person told me that someone would be by at the beginning of this week to look at it and it’s now Thursday and nothing. We have other projects needing done not sure I would use them again.

I live in an old 2 story farmhouse that is in need of several updates. I had visited with Jamie at the Home Show about windows, siding and guttering and he came out to give me an estimate shortly after that. He was very professional and informative about the products they offer. Due to the size of my home, I decided to do the projects in stages. Jamies crew came out first to do some repairs to my porch and add guttering, plus they repaired some guttering already on the second floor. Then another crew came out to install the windows on the first floor along with 2 doors and storm doors. The next step will be the windows on the second floor and then siding. I am definitely 100 percent satisfied with everything from Jamie explaining the estimate to the crews installation of everything so far! I love the doors and windows and cant wait to start the next project with Midland Exteriors! If you ever need to update your home, I highly recommend these guys!

Midland replaced five windows for us. Everyone and everything was top-notch professional. We had one issue after the installation and it was resolved quickly.I did my due diligence before picking a window company and I’m glad I did. The Marvin window products we selected along with the expertise of sales and installation folks at Midland proved to be a great value.We have more on the to-do list and will call Midland again. We’re very pleased.

Midlands customer service is outstanding! I received quotes from a few places, but Midland really knows their product and sold me on it rather than just pitching a brand name. The windows were ordered and arrived in a reasonable amount of time; the install was quick and the team was careful not to make/leave a mess. They even cut the frames to size right outside my house! My family instantly noticed a temperature difference and the AC hasnt ran as often. Thank you Midland Exteriors!

Our experience with Midland Exteriors was wonderful!The entire team, from sales, to the office staff, to the installers were all very informative, helpful and professional. After years of wear and tear, our detached garage needed attention.
