I LOVE this service! I purchase my groceries right from my lap top or my phone without leaving my house....its the best convenience that saves me an hour or more out of my day and I actually save money with the online coupons and my paper coupons when I pick up! The Dillons staff are very friendly when they load my order....Ive never had a bad experience and Ive used the clicklist service for over a year now!

I love the service, but now, today my bank account is being charged 3 times. What is up with that? I ordered my groceries yesterday, Thursday. I should not have 3- $80.00 charges......

Used this service once or twice. Not horrendously bad but ultimately decided Id rather do the shopping myself. Apparently, if the Clicklist person cant find the item you ordered, they simply give you whatever they can find. How they determine if you want that particular item in the first place, I have no idea. Personally, if I wanted that replacement item, why would I have ordered something different? I dont get it. Guess Ill just have to stick with doing my shopping myself.

Saves me time and lots of money. If you dont go in the store, you dont impulse buy! Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about... you can specify no substitutions.
