Best experience I’ve had shopping for a mattress, which in my opinion is the most difficult purchase to make. I was greeted warmly by Mary in the Topeka, KS store. She ask me pertinent questions regarding my current mattress, why I was shopping for a new one, etc. She advised looking at the mattresses they had in stock and showed them to me starting with good and going up to best. She was very patient, informative and encouraging. I purchased the best and I feel like she gave me a good deal on it. I’ve slept on it for two nights and my back is feeling better already. It was really nice to be able to go in and not get hounded, for me personally that makes me walk out the door. Its always a better experience for me to find something I like and letting them know. The guy did greet us as we came in and let us know that if we needed anything to let him know. Simple, easy, and not pushy just the way my wife and I like it. I couldve gave them four stars though because they didnt have enough samples to compare, but you can only fit so many in a store and thats not exactly their fault. So with what they had was a nice selection and we were able to find one we liked. So thank you again for not being pushy or a hound dog. Lol.

We enjoyed the way the mattress grades were presented from the lowest to the best. I personally was looking for the temper pedic brand and when it was listed at top I was sold. Each quality was explained and we were allowed time to discuss each option. Sale price was an incentive and additional savings with free delivery was also important because we live out of town. Was out and about today and decided to go into The Mattress Hub to see what deals they had compared to The Mattress Firm which I stopped in on a few weeks ago. Anyway, I was very impressed with the sales rep, Mary Stithem. She was quite knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions with ease. She told me what she could/would or couldnt/wouldnt do for me. She explained the differences in brands without overselling one or the other. Like her work ethic so I asked for her card. My husband and I went to Mattress Hub over Memorial Weekend to purchase a new mattress. The mattress we chose was not in stock, and we were told it would be five to six weeks before the mattress would arrive. We could not order the mattress without prepaying. Although this did not feel right, we wanted to purchase locally and were anxious for our new mattress. So, we reluctantly paid over $2,000.00 even though that little voice was saying, “Don’t do it.” Fast forward SEVEN weeks and multiple phone calls. You guessed it. NO MATTRESS. We are out over $2,000.00, have been given excuse after excuse, and have no timeline for when our mattress will arrive. We should have listened to that little voice telling us not to pay for something before we received the product. Best advice: buyer beware, stay away from Mattress Hub, unless you want to throw away your hard earned money, and continue sleeping on your old mattress.

We are very pleased with the customer service that we received from Bobby. He is well informed about the products that they sell and answered any questions that we had. He even stayed an hour past his scheduled time with hope that we would return that day. The prices are very competitive and of course the quality is excellent. We went in to just try out some mattresses for when we move, but Bobby was so helpful the minute we walked in! He was so accommodating and friendly. We arrived at the store shortly after 4 pm. When we arrived we found a salesperson asleep at the desk. We stood around talking for a few minutes before he woke up. After he woke up he did at least ask what we were looking for but never introduced himself or asked for our names. After telling him what we would like to see he pointed at 3 mattresses and shouted the prices and said they were 50% off then returned to his chair. After looking at the prices it was clear it was not 50% off. We had to walk across the store to ask our questions about the prices. Then we found out we had to order most of what we wanted. At that point we decided to look elsewhere. Mostly because the lack of professionalism was very prevalent with this particular employee. The we found Rich across the street at Kansas Furniture Mall. Your guy should go over there as a fake customer so he might have an opportunity to learn something. Not only was the experience better at furniture mall, so was the product quality and price!!! Thanks for providing a perfect example on how not to conduct business!!!

We were greeted by Bobby as soon as we walked in. He asked us a couple of questions first so that he could show us as too what we were looking for specifically. He was very helpful, informative and courteous. We felt very comfortable. We had not planned on purchasing anything today but we treated very well and felt we were getting a good product. Out of all of the stores that sold mattresses in Topeka this is by far the best. Curtis and his family were more than accommodating. He gave us space to talk and had no agenda other than to help us along our process. When we decided not to buy the first time we came in, leaving came with no guilting or unpleasantries. He gave us his card and encouraged us to contact him with any additional questions or needs. This was so refreshing and was a big reason we returned with our business a short time later. The unfortunate thing was/is having to wait for our mattress 7-10 weeks. We can wait but wish we didn’t have to.

We exchanged the mattress two and a half months after buying it and we’re given full credit for what we paid for the mattress to exchange it for a different one. Nice people to work with. We had a little bit of a hiccup with the delivery of my mattress but they were very quick to fix it. I liked them enough I also took my dad there when he needed a new bed.
