Never do business with this company! I ordered a pair of tires and they were suppose to show up on a Monday. Well Wednesday comes around and I call and they tell me the tires got separated. They had one tire in Kansas city and the other in Mississippi and I finally get both my tires Saturday.Poor customer service when I called and and they couldnt even overnight the one tire so I could get both at least on Friday. Had to cancel my appointment and lost out on money.

My son received his envelope in record time. It was to be there no later than 8pm tonight. He signed for it about 1:30. Thank you

My girlfriend and I just had the item shipped to us STOLEN out of the packaging during the delivery process. The bottom of the box had been tampered with, the plastic covering around the items box had been torn off and the box was completely emptied of all of its contents. You can noticeably see in the photo I have shared, where the tape has been cut and severed and a different sized tape (mostly likely FedExs box tape) has resealed the package. Will be filing a lawsuit if issue is not resolved entirely.

A shipper that cant ship a pack, cant print print a label that is already paid for... would have to buy another.... why is this place even open. Now I have to heat to another fedex location.... this place is a joke..

I am very disgusted with the lack of delivery. I live in the country and your drivers repeatedly fail to deliver my packages. The excuse for todays three packages was because of a “weather delay in my area.” There was no weather issue. The driver told me previously that sometimes they take them back to Topeka because I usually have more packages in a day or so. I should have had 1 delivery yesterday, now I wait through the holiday weekend until Monday.

Friendly, if not a tad slow with only one worker at the front desk, but its not a huge place. Another worker did come out to help after he noticed a line was forming and things moved quickly from there. Id rather deal with a little slow than deal with the USPS who always screws things up and gives new meaning to the word slow. Id recommend The Pony Express before Id recommend The USPS. FedEx is my first choice, especially now that they didnt cave to the gun grabbing Libtards demanding they cut ties with the NRA!!
