I love the new layout of the South End & less crowded than the one near my job. Very convenient that is at the same location near JCPenney because its one of the main department stores I shop at.

Very bad custom service. We purchased items over $1000 and were not given the service we deserved.Staff got to learn to fix their attitude when they are at work. For management to look into this we were here on 14/5/2019 at 13:00pm .Just coz they work at a bath and body works, they arent doing us a favour.

I love the sales. Its hard not to attend a good sale. I have to keep hand soap in stock in my home. Its important to have clean hands.

My alltime favorite is their Mahogany Teakwood scent (it is very strong though)! I love their summer and fall scents...wasnt too pleased with this past winter/Christmas season scents. I only shop when they have sales. Have always wanted their candles but they are a little too expensive

This is my store. I love the aromatherapy line, (comfort) this line is very relaxing

Not even going to lie, I wont step in if I dont have coupons, discounts, or reward points. This store was a bit confusing when purchasing three wicks. They had all the 3W candles mixed up (some discounted, others not). The service was great- the lady was very patient, as I had to ask several times if my choices were discounted or not.

They are always great people working there very helpful and professional and the products are wonderful.

Only bad thing about this place is it that it smells a lot! Youre into Bath and Bodyworks youll love this location however you will be smelling it on your clothes once you walk out of here, Side from that everything is kept clean everything is bright and organized sales staff is terrific.
