Sales girl Zama was the most pleasant sales person I’ve ever had. She was not pushy and very knowledgeable and very patient. I wish every sales person was like her. Was not planning on buying from the first store I entered but she gave us a great deal and she seemed honest and trustworthy.

MattressFirm was great. Bought on line and had it delivered and the old one taken away on the date promised. Everything went smoothly. Then they sent me a $50 in store credit which allowed me to buy a sheet set. Wonderful service. Very satisfied. Lots of good follow up.

My experience from the moment Francis answered the phone I was greeted with sheer expertise, knowledge, and pleasantness. Never did I feel pressured or sales talked. Only pure intention of making sure I was happy with what I was looking for. For a second I mistook Francis as the manager by his professionalism coupled with warm rapport. I ended up ordering a full sized mattress on the spot over the phone with no hesitation (never even visiting the store. )The amount of confidence I felt on the quality of their products along with their customer service saved me time and money for myself and daughter. I needed to purchase a new mattress. I hate buying a new mattress because it is a big decision and a big commitment. Michael greeted us as soon as we walked in the store. After introducing himself to my husband and I, Michael had us answering questions about what we were looking for in a mattress and then had us test a mattresses based on what we told him. We quickly realized that Michael knew his products way better than other mattress stores that we had visited. As we told him about our sleeping habits he showed us other mattresses. David was so nice, and helped me out a ton when I was stuck in a rough situation. I had recently ordered a mattress from another store, and last minute was told that it wasnt going to arrive - thus leaving me without a mattress to sleep on and no way to get one the day I was notified. BUT LUCKILY, as I was driving down Hawthorne, I ran across this store and decided to go in and see if I could possibly get a mattress fast. David had amazing customer service, and really took the time to help me pick a mattress that was best for me. And due to my circumstance, he worked hard to get me the quickest delivery he could provide. (I ordered on a Saturday night and received the new mattress by Monday morning!) You can really tell this business cares about its customers and what they are selling! And this was overall such a great experience for me, considering how upsetting my day was initially going, and with this being my first time purchasing a mattress.

Awesome experience! Francis was our sales associate. He spent the time to show us the different matteress. We decided on one but they didnt have it in the warehouse. They were willing to give us a very good discount on a better one that we liked. They were able to delivery it first thing the next morning. They really spent the time to make the sale work. Yesterday I purchased a mattress and adjustable foundation for my elderly, disabled mother. We busted the store twice so she could feel the mattress she liked in separate days at different times to make sure it still was to her liking. Sales person, Zama was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She also assisted several times over the phone in giving me dimensions so that place were bed was being purchased from could verify if the adjustable base worked with bed rails, footrest and headboard. Store was very clean and well lit. Bathrooms during both visits were exceptionally clean. While mother tried mattresses I had opportunity to observe other two sales men, one named Frances on separate days service other customers. Both were as professional, courteous and knowledgeable as mine was. Prices were also very good and there is a variety of pillows to try. Definitely plan to return in near future for purchase of a tempurpedic for myself. Almost impulsively brought a fabulous weighted blanket they sell but wasn’t there for me so resisted until next time!

This was the best experience of customer service I have ever received. Azita Forouzesh was extremely nice to my family and my daughter had the time of her life laying and new mattresses, receiving a couple stuffed animals from Azita and making a new friend. Francis was amazing with helping us determine which bed and frame were best for us. Ordered on Friday and delivery was set for Saturday. Minor hiccups with the delivery but both Zama and Mike at the store stepped in with the warehouse and made sure we received the mattress that day. I really appreciate the dedication of the team in the store to follow through with the sale. And the mattress and frame are awesome.
