I bought a serta mattress from this place with a 10 year warranty but within 2years it collapsed with a big hole on the side I was sleeping on so I went to make a claim for the warranty and they declined to honor my claim and said they didnt carry my mattress brand so they werent responsible for the climb so beware when purchasing from this place

Worked with Ruby today (8/5/18) to get a new mattress for my grandma and she was great. Very helpful, patient, kind, polite, and accommodating. Definitely recommend customers to come here and seek her help! She explained in great detail the comfort guarantee and bedding care information, such a great employee.

Bought a new mattress from Donna. Really enjoyed the experience. She was so patient and explained everything about the warranty, exchange policy, delivery and how to take care of the mattress so it lasts longer. She even helped me find the right pillow for my sleep position. I highly recommend her.

Hello,I just wanted to take a moment to write a review of my Girlfriend and Is experience buying a mattress here in early January 2020. The first place we went was Living Spaces near the Torrance Galleria, and it was not the best experience. The staff there tried to sell us the most expensive mattress right off the bat, $3000+ with vibrating bed and everything... We decided to go somewhere else, so we went to this Ortho because I had done business there a while back and was pleased. I am so thankful that we went to this Ortho location! I cannot speak for other Orthos (it seems to be a chain) but this one has been good to me for my last two mattress purchases!! The person who helped my girlfriend and I is named Lynette, and she truly made the experience so easy, and non-stressful. She is very down to earth and never pushed anything we didnt need on us, but rather seemed to truly want us to be happy with both the cost and feel of the mattress. Thanks Lynette, Thanks Ortho by Sees! Oh yeah, and you can get Sees candy afterwards!

I wish every store was like Ortho Mattress! Quality of the mattress is awesome with the best price - and customer service was the best of the best thanks to Ray. He worked with us til the very end which made the whole process easy and smooth. He explained everything we needed to know about mattress that we would have never known, and now we have the most comfortable mattress weve ever got. Ray did the very best he could to help us out and we are so grateful. Ortho pillows and bedframe are also top notch. I have neck problems but these pillows are so good I dont feel pain I usually feel in the morning anymore. Been 2 days since we got the mattress and seriously.. we lovin it! Cant thank Ray enough.

The Customer service at this Location is Top Notch! These Ladies are so professional and thorough. After spending time trying a few mattresses we finally found the one! We were offered Tea and Water and were made to feel very comfortable with our purchase. There were no Suprises. It was a busy weekend and between the lovely Store Manager and our sales woman Terry we didnt want to leave. Thank you ladies for your excellent service! We love our Mattress!!! We had the pleasure of working with Ray at ortho mattress and needless to say he made our shopping experience more than pleasurable. We came in an hour before closing and unlike other sales reps that are ready to go home he spent an extra two hours with us taking time to explain the different mattress types In depth to us. Through Rays patience we found Our perfect mattress. We intentionally came in with our eyes set on the I comfort line but Ray Open our eyes to the Rolls-Royce of all mattresses called the Aireloom line! We were so impressed with the quality of the mattress, and after a quick cat nap we bought it with Rays help.
