Eddie and his staff were super friendly and very informative . They made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. I went because I was told by another place I need a master cylinder and a master booster but Eddie looked at it and said that wasnt the case at all he sent me pictures to my cell phone of the problems so I saw exactly what they found. I am happy with my service and I got my car back in 1 day so I didnt have to miss work. I have to say I thought the repairs would have been way more expensive but it was actually reasonable . Replaced a non -flat tire of 2021 BMW 330i today! They responded really quick and worked fast. The price was reasonable as well.Definitely would recommend to others.

We made an appointment to have our rear tires replaced. Wait time was 4.0+ hours. Immediately upon leaving American Tire driveway an emergency warning light appeared on the dashboard indicating “emergency failure tire pressure to rear”. We circled back and the technician was informed of the concern. The automobile was checked for a second time, no findings, and indicator light was reset. Again, the “emergency failure tire pressure to rear” light illuminated on the dashboard. The manual indicated to stop vehicle and have automobile towed to the nearest dealership or repair shop. The automobile was received by Porsche South Bay, diagnostic testing completed, and they believe the indicator light had been damaged during tire exchange. We authorized replacement of indicator light and there has been no additional concerns with said automobile.

I like coming to the Torrance area because the people working there have always been nice, courteous, and helpful. I can see that Marco is a great team leader, very professional, knows good customer service, and really takes good care of the clients. Edit: Was refundedThird time here. The first 2 were great but not this one. The guy helping me (Davis) sold me 4 tires and said he got me a deal that saved me $60. When I got my receipt I noticed that I was charged $131 for road hazard warranty - something I never asked for nor was asked before adding. When I asked for this to be refunded he claimed that the deal would be more expensive without this. After walking him through the math he realized I was right and that I should be refunded at least $71. He said he couldnt do it on the spot and that it would take 3-4 weeks. He gave me no assurances or anything in writing to make sure this would happen and just handed me my keys. Ill change my review if somebody geys in touch with me and helps with the refund, but until then I wont be returning to this location.

Very good service by the manager Marco, and he bet the lowest best price I have gotten from other tires shops plus he gave me extra $10 off.The staff is very friendly here and they all make you feel very welcome. This location is on Hawthorne Boulevard and Spencer in city of Torrance CA 90503.

This is the second time, I had my oil changed at American Tire Depot, and I will continue to do so in the future. They were nice and polite, answered all my questions, and as I watched them change the oil, they took great care of my car. I was in and out in no time. I called last night about 30 minutes before closing and spoke with Marco about a spike/large bolt in my tire. I told him I may need to get a new set anyway. He gave me some pricing but said it would take a couple of days to get the tires. I said I would call back. My tire was still holding air so I headed home. Stopped at another large tire shop to see if I could get a repair. They were too busy to talk with me right away so I headed to American Tire Depot. It was about ten minutes before closing. Marco came out to my car to see what I needed not knowing I was the guy on the phone. He looked at the spike/bolt, said it was not repairable, which I kind of figured. He offered to put my spare on for me. I decided to go ahead and order a set of tires, ordered an upgrade of what we talked about on the phone and he said he would have the tires in the next day, which is today. My wife took my car in around 10:30 and they had it completed in a little over an hour. This is my third set of the BF Goodrich tires all bought from American Tire Depot although first time at this location. I was impressed with Marco and the attitude of their shop offering to help me so close to closing time. David called today to confirm I had the quote correct. They will have the next set for my wifes car.

The person at the front desk who helped us was very nice. We bought 4 tires at the price of 3, and an alignment for a 2017 Corolla at $718. Not the cheapest around but good and quick service. 4 tires replaced + an alignment was done within an hour and a half.

Service her isnt amazing. However the price for tires is very very good! Its a good trade off if you can deal with the wait. This probably is a function of how busy they are so I dont blame them to much. Good prices = busy!

Tire prices were good and service was quick. Why two stars? They LIED about giving me nitrogen instead of air in my tires. He supposedly was giving me a deal. Instead of $20 they charge for nitrogen he’d give it to me for $10 because I got 4 tires and a full brake service. Come to find out they put nitrogen in the front passenger tire only. The other 3 are air. How do I know? Nitrogen doesn’t expand like air. My front pass tire starts at 34psi every day and no matter how much I drive it will only go up to 35psi. Whereas the other 3 start at 33-34 and go up as high as 38-40psi depending on how much I drive and or temp outside. This photo is after me driving from San Diego to LA outside temp is 77. I’ll never go back.

Had a last minute flat situation, went to get a new tire and was immediately advised that in fact all my tires were due for replacement. They were extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately my car had missing lug nuts on one of my front tires which eventually messed my bearing up (had no idea how they became missing, and not the safest to drive). Because they had to order the specific parts, I was able to keep my car there over night and it was finished the following day. Marco is super cool!

I went in to get a repair of a tire. The tire needed a stem repaired. This was done quickly and efficiently. They did not even charge me. I have now sent my daughter there to get four new tires for her car. It is rare that you meet such decent people. There should be a way to give them 10 stars not just five. I am now a customer for life

I found this excellent tire store by chance. And they do have wonderful service. I have changed my 4 tires to Mechelen, which was in promotion of buying 3 get 1 free. It’s a really valuable price for me. Thank you! The manager is nice as well.

Although I have several American Tire Company’s closer to me, this one in Torrance is my preferred store and I don’t mind driving there. Marco is a gentleman who treats everyone with respect and professionalism. He is kind and very helpful. He looks for answers and I always leave there happy with the crevice. Give this shop a try. You will be driving there too.

Davis was friendly and attentive, had to send someone to another store to get the tires I needed and still had em before I got there. Had my truck in and out in about 2 hours. Definitely going back next time I need tires.

Go elsewhere if you want the job done right. Had an appointment at 9:30a did not have my truck done until 5:30p. All 4 wheels were damaged, after much convincing by the shop manager that it could not be them I left. After driving, had balance issues. Brought to American Tire Depot Hermosa and they had to rebalance all 4 wheels because they were so off.Don’t go to this location if you value your vehicle.

I had four tires put on and had my wiper blades changed. There was a slight issue with the wiper blades which the store took full responsibility for and immediately took care of. I was impressed at their integrity. There are way too many places that won’t speak up and make their mistakes right. American Tire Depot exceeded my expectations!! Marco was very friendly and personable! The mechanics were just as kind. Not only did I get new tires I got new front brakes as well. Unbelievable service from David and Carlos. Had a flat tire -- it was salvageable and they fixed it for free in about 20 minutes. Carlos even buffed out a few scuffs on the side of my car. Made a day that had started out pretty rough better. The kind of place that makes you want to give them your business. I will be going back there for anything I need.

Well, I needed my brakes done. This time since my car warranty was up. I was not going to the dealership to spend over $400.00 for rear brakes. Albert at American Tire Depot was great. The price was great and the service was fast 45 minutes. They did a great job on my brakes. Im going there for my factory maintenance real soon.

This is a great place to buy/install tires. The prices are reasonable and the manager Marco was great. I also spoke with a couple of shop mechanics who worked on my car and both seemed nice. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and will likely go back when my next service is due.

Professional fair price and quick service

They turned me away to patch a flat tire!!!!! It was 1:00 and they closed at 5:00. REALLY????They dont make money on patching a tire!!!!! So, they turn away a lady with a flat tire!!!!! I like this place. The staff is always friendly, helpful and nice. Every time I have needed to fix my car, they do it really good.They help you to fix a tire even though you didn’t buy it here.Also, they have helped me to add air to my tires because sometimes it could be a problem doing it in a gas station.Sometimes, it’s crowded, so you might need to wait.

Americas Tire has these guys beat. Had an appointment and it still took 2 hours to get new tires. Their computers kept going down and when they were done the wheels and tires had stuff all over them so off to the car wash. Been going to Americas Tire for 25+ years but they didnt have the tire I wanted so I went to American Tire Depot. But Americas Tire is faster, friendlier and they clean your wheels and dress your tires when they are done. Sorry just trying to be honest. Also the yellow dot on the side of the tire is supposed to be lined up with the valve stem/sensor and not one of my tires is mounted correctly. On a positive note the price was pretty good.Note: I contacted as per below follow up and they wanted me to email them with all the details. They said they were going to make things right and give me the manufacturer rebate. But it never happened. I sent a follow up email and they just blew me off with no response to either one of my emails.

About two weeks ago, on my way to work, I noticed my tire was almost flat and I found a huge nail in it. I drove to the closest tire shop (American Tire Depot) and they said they were willing to fix it, but they were out of the glue/sealant needed to repair it and asked me to return in the afternoon. I was reluctant to drive to/from work but thankfully I was able to do so thanks to one of the service guys (Fonseca) who aired up my tire before I left.I made it back right before closing time and waited for about an hour for my tire to be repaired. When I went to pay, the manager on duty, Albert, told me there was no charge. I was shocked! They fixed my tire, right before closing time, and did not charge me! These guys deserve so much praise for helping someone in need out of the goodness of their hearts. I tipped the service guy (I forgot his name - Miguel, maybe?) and left thinking that we need more people like these guys in this world.

Chris was extremely helpful. I felt comfortable and not nickel and dimed. I went in to have my tire fixed and they did if for free because I bought my tires through them. It wasn’t a long wait. They also checked my car for other services it needed. I left their happy.
