My tile order has been “delayed” since mid March. Rescheduled for mid April, then rescheduled for mid May, then rescheduled for 6/21/21.Order arrival was confirmed with Dial Tile by my contractor on Friday 6/18. When installers went to pick it up today it was not there. I’m suspicious my order was given to a larger developer. I believe Dial Tile flat out lied to my contractor on Friday.They get one star because they have a good tile selection.

This review is mostly about the sales ladies in the show room. Michelle is the one that took my order, well kinda took my order. She was not helpful at all! She only came out from behind the counter when we kept going up to her to ask questions.. then when she took our order she talked about her own personal stuff and hanging out with her friend eating lunch. We had some stuff that needed to be special order, but when I called for pick up they had never been order. When we came in we asked to see samples of something comparable, Lana just sent us to the back, again not helpful at all! If I could give a separate rating Eddie in the back was so helpful and had fantastic customer service! If I went back I would ask for him and skip the two in the front.

There is a good selection of tiles for floors and walls. Great accent pieces and countertops. The staff is very helpful for any home renovation project.

If making an expensive purchase the ladies in the front are great. Otherwise they are not helpful.

When they know you will spen sone money they treat you like a king if you just asking for prices they helpless at all no so happy i guess all business been caming that way lately

Quick to take an order, the tile was for a large a national client, tiles were specialty for that client. I was quoted 3-6 days delivery, it has been 7 days now and the order is still in transit. Costing my company money every day. Follow up calls were promised, but only received 1, not very good service. I certainly hope that this location tries a lot harder to make sure that the customer is provided with better service in the future.
