Honda dealership is great. But when it comes to the actual corporation they have no value for the customer. I got a 2016 Honda Civic fully equipped and I took my brother as well and got the same car as me, so technically we bought two at the same time and within the 3rd moth my car Started to get system errors, brake system problem, abs system problem, anti-lock braking system problem,tire pressure monitor system problem and much more. I took in the shop I would say 7 -8 times and was at the shop of total of 35 days at the shop and the problem was still there. So I called Honda corporation and made a claim. The gentlemen that took my case did not call me back or anything. So I got an Atterney because I didnt know what else to do. I was missing work couldnt take my son too school. Its been almost 7 moths and Honda still giving a hard time.I trade in my previous car I was down $4,000 and I was fine with it because I though I was getting a better car. Till today with down payment and car payments Ive put close to $10,000 and Honda is just trying to give me $4,000 back. This was my first new car and gave me the worse first car experience. So if you get a car from Honda just make sure its not a lemon because I assure you they wont treat you the same way as if you where a new customer. I would never get a Honda car ever again.

Owning a Honda accord from 2015 with a bad transmission at only 80 thousand miles has made me dislike Honda very much. The cars from this year with cvtransmission should be recalled or repaired for free. Why would Honda sell cars with this transmission. Why do Toyota priuses with way more miles not fail. You have recalled other years with this transmission. And the Honda dealer in Albany Oregon. They knew the transmission should be replaced but just reprogrammed failed computer tsb recommended that the transmission be replaced if the codes show a program failure the transmission pressure. Im sure Ill get no reply. Do the right thing fix this car. And it still needs the recall on battery module fixed as well. What a great car there Honda.

Honda dealerships DO NOT honor warranties on BRAND NEW cars. Honda of America REFUSES to do anything about it. A car is only as good as the company that backs it. BUY A TOYOTA!

They are useless for those of galpin Honda yesterday I took my car for 6 times for the same problem of tire pressure and I left the same way they told me that I had a nail and had nothing because I took it with non-mechanical professionals that they have not it is for nothing and also to assure you a service it takes too long never in my life I come back to a Honda hurts galpin because with this ban more than 5 cars that you have in your corporation but if they do not solve anything for me never again
