Stopped by last min today they were ready to close but they offered wonderful customer service

Walking in I had my Loungefly Tangled purse with my Loungefly attached Vader Wallet, Im clearly a collector or at least look like a big bag fan. Yet I was followed around the store and then felt awkward wanting to compare some of the bags because the store associates kept asking to take it to the front or casually reorganizing something next to me. Im a regular at Disneyland so I like mixing up my purse or backpack looks and had hoped to get 4 this time around. After realizing they just thought I may be a bag snatcher, I decided on just two bags. Even then they seemed shocked I was getting 2. Love the stores selection but wont be back to this location until their staff is trained to deal with guests with money to spend versus some kid walking in whos looking to steal something 🙄

By far, the Best BoxLunch in LA City. I always feel welcome and appreciated. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Starting with their leader (Jon), and follow by the associates (Kiran) and (Nikki). This store has a great variety of products, and great deals. Thank you for making my shopping experience an adventure.

Jordan was the cashier at the kiosk when I went there and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

BoxLunch is located in the Del Amo Fashion Center. The store associates greet you as soon as you enter, the store is very clean, but the fixtures can be a bit close together in some areas making it a challenge to get around.Their products are based on yesterday and todays popular movies and characters making this a fun place to shop.

Beware of the SCAMS here!!! When you first visit the website they give you a 25% discount on your first purchase if you sign up for their email. I did so and input my code only for my order to be charged MORE after i put in my discount?? I emailed customer support only for them to tell me using the discount puts all items back at full price and it does not work on online exclusive items which is essentially the entire store. One of my items was missing so I tried calling but that only made things more confusing I dont know what country they outsource their call center to but I couldnt understand what they were saying even when I offered to speak 3 different languages. They told me the item went to the store in Bakersfield 150 miles away and just said I am sorry about that after every sentence. After a week of trying to get them to send the item to my house like i initially ordered online they said they could not do anything i and I could replace the item with another item of equal or lower value but I couldnt because it was a gift and apparently the last one in stock and is now off the website. I had to ask a friend to give me a ride to Bakersfield to pick up the item and they told me customer support told them to add the item to their inventory because i had abandoned the item and i will be sent a replacement which i NEVER heard and even the store clerk said was not possible because it was no longer available. Apparently i was not the only one because the store clerk said other have had the same problem of having their items sent to that store in a mall that reaches 110 degree weather. They say if its too good to be true it probably is beware this place is a giant SCAM.

Yesterday was my first time at this store and I loved every minute of it! They have so many cute things there! Lots of Disney, Harry Potter, Friends, Greys Anatomy, Sanrio and much much more!One of my favorite finds was a Pochacco backpack (and if youre a Pochacco lover like me, you know how hard it is to find cute Pochacco things these days)! I was so surprised and HAD to buy it right away.It wasnt on sale at the store and I had no idea they had an online site, but when I went to check out, Kevin was awesome! He looked at the online website to see if they had a sale (which they did) and then matched the online price without me asking! What great service! Definitely recommend asking for Kevin to ring you up!Their other staff at the store were also very pleasant and helpful (aside from one girl with attitude eating behind the counter; it wasnt a big deal breaker for me, but she should probably try to be more pleasant since she works in a customer service position).Overall, I highly recommend this store (even though its a bit pricey $$$). Cant wait to return and see what other goodies they have!

The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. Really went out of their way to help & I wish I wld have gotten the sales lady helping me find Star Wars gift. I couldnt have done it without her.🌹🌹People like her deserve to be recognized ❤

It youre looking for a place to get some Disney or other studio goodies then this is your place. They carry licensed goods from movies and games such as Lilo & Stitch, Harry Potter, MARVEL, Nintendo, and so much more. Certainly worth the time to peruse through the store. The staff has always been very kind and knowledgeable and will help you find what youre looking for.

Amazing just amazing love all the items and things u can find here. Theres not alot I can say because the product speaks for itself but then need to expand and give us more options. Love this place!!

Dee is so amazing and awesome. I cant say enough great things about her. She went way and above to help me locate 2 wallets that have been discontinued. I am so excited that she found both wallets for me to complete my collections. I am definitely going to be a return shopper and spread the word to only shop here if you need anything. A lot packed into a small space. Great place to geek out to Potter and Game of Thrones items.

It was a smaller location compare to other BoxLunch locations & to add the place was great but a couple of things were disorganized and thats understandable. Another minor thing there was no one greeting nor asking you if you needed help. I get it maybe I was unlucky but the store wasnt busy at all. I advise more connection between the customers & employees.

It is more organize than hot topic and because they have better deals and have more flocked funko pops

U picked up a item for friend here last week and service was excellent.
