One of my favorite stores. Anytime I visit a mall, I always stop at this store because it never disappoints! They always have cool stuff. I love their rewards program and hot cash! Its always useful!

Didnt have what I wanted & had to ask for help several times before helped completely though 3 people in the store that worked there were available and I was only 1 of 2 customers.

Good selection of stuff. Really tiny store to move around. You have to step to the side to let someone pass by. Theres something to buy or look at in every nook and cranny.

Too crowded and not enough employees to help us find what we needed. There were not fitting rooms neither this time not 3 weeks ago, so it was again super inconvenient to try to figure out whether or not the sizes or styles of clothing we wanted to buy were right or not. The register/computer was again having issues just like in our last visit. There was only one register working very slowly so the paying process took about 20 min; it was very frustrating. Since it is the second time in a role, we will try to avoid this store for our next purchase. We will try to buy on line instead.

Staff is friendly and although its a small store there are some good finds amongst the racks and displays.

I personally like this place since Im really into pop culture. This place does sell merchandise for some of the anime that I enjoy such as Soul Eater, Dragon Ball Z/Dragon Ball Super, Naruto/Boruto... I do also like the fact that this store sells Funko Pops, if possible expand some of their inventory for those though. But other than that, its a good place to shop if youre really into pop culture.

Hot Topic theyre pretty much all the same! Loud music, dark and way over crowded with merchandise! So you really cant check something out with another person saying excuse me and trying to get around you... Storage always designed cluttery theyre all the same.

I cant walk in there and look at something I want if theres more than 5 people in the store. Great stuff though.

Great place to get Funko figures which their t-shirts came in bigger sizes in 2X

Was at Hot Topic in the Del Amo Fashion Mall and came across this Little Gem. Service was fast, professional and friendly. Enjoyed my visit today.

Hot topic can be a claustrophobic mess and its kind of hard to navigate, while this is true of all hot topics this one defines the statement above

They put no limits on Funko Pops I literally was like 7th in line to buy one and out of 50 they sold out. Such a disappointment... They dont do holds and they let scalpers just do as they please. Its literally just leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully one day they will fix the way they distribute merchandise. Until then the one star stands.

I go there to look for unique gifts, they have a lot of things to choose from along with a lot of cute things
