I went into store after a long walk in pain searching for a walking shoe. Carlos came to my rescue he measured me and advised me on which shoe would better fit me and my daily activities. Awesome place. I’ve been to this one and one north maybe in the Valley.I grabbed some Hoka’s from this location and the arch rubbed me the wrong way so swapped them for some Brooks with the 30 day guarantee. Zero trouble exchanging. Same thing happened at the other location, bought shoes that just weren’t right and easy exchange...Snagged some other sweet stuff, buff headband, running shades that don’t slip, nice track suit. Even grabbed the same track suit in a different color when I went back.Staff was knowledgeable, patient and helpful.The only thing I don’t like is the paid membership auto-renews.

I’ve been going to this store for a couple years now due to my son who is a cross country and track runner. Also my husband, younger son and myself have all come for shoes there. I have always had great service from all. In specific, Eduardo has helped me a couple times now and he is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Being able to get fitted properly and getting shoe suggestions based on the professional fitting makes it easier also! We will continue to go there and recommend anyone to check it out. Salvador was great! He was patient with my son and I and he helped me get some really great running shoes. He even spoke Spanish to my son when I told him that he was learning Spanish. Who could ask for a better experience? Salvador also evaluated my son’s feet, but the store didn’t have his size available. We will be sure to stop in the next time we are in town.

Great customer service! The VIP membership is worth it. Bought shoes about 60 days ago. I tried it but wanted shoes with more cushion. They told me about the 90 day fit promise and I was able to exchange the shoes on the spot, no matter the condition. So satisfied with my experience.

I love this store and the people there. Representatives are helpful - not pushy. They are knowledgeable about the performance specs of the shoes they sell and even in the changes the brand makes from year to year. They can perform a gait test at the store which helps them identify the right shoe for you. I run about 40 miles/week and purchase a set of shoes from them at least once per year. They have consistently found the right shoe for my runs. My entire family goes to this store to help find their right fit.

Its a weird store when we walk in, they harass us with 3 vendors .why the don’t let customer choose what they want if I need help i will ask .please I wanted to ask you to stop this way you harass customers and then there is something else of the prices it’s very expensive They display the prices large format for clients who have membership On the other hand, customers who are membership can not see the price correctly, you need a magnifying glass which they wrote in very small characters. I did not buy from you. I bought the same on amazon I save $43..

While the shop was quite busy when I got there 10 minutes early for my scheduled shoe fitting, Marcus made sure to acknowledge me and got to me as quickly as he could. He also did a great job with my fitting and walking me through the foot analysis process while still tending to other clients. Had a great experience!

Got an appointment on line for the following day but I really needed to get fitted as I start to hurt my knees from running. I decided to walk in at 10am. I was greeted right away. Told the worker I don’t have an appointment but need to get fitted. He took me in, and referred me shoes that were highly recommended by other running mates I have such as the Hoka Bondi 7 or Brooks Glycerin 19. He was efficient and informative. No pressure was the beat part. Got my shoes and the VIP membership in case the Hoka I got doesn’t work out, I can exchange to the Brooks. I was out of there in 30min, even though I was so indecisive. It was a great experience.

I went for the very first time to Road Runner Sports, after reading the reviews, about two weeks ago and had a great experience. I have a drop foot and sometimes wear a brace which makes getting fitted for shoes a real challenge. Gaby did my analysis and I can’t thank her enough for her patience, friendliness and professionalism in getting me fitted into the perfect shoe. To my surprise, as we narrowed down the choices, she had me try them on with my brace and this allowed me to make a final decision. I usually will not sign up for rewards programs with a fee but I did after she informed me of the benefits; especially, the 90 Day VIP Perfect Fit Promise. Given previous struggles with shoes, fitting well at the store and later not, I did it. It’s been two weeks and I love my Brooks, the insoles and the socks. Never thought socks would make such a difference. I have told my friends and i know my mom and sister will be coming in too. I am a customer for life. Gaby thanks again so much!
