Great customer service. Very smart and polite staff at the printing session. Licenea was patient and give all assistente needed in printing some marketing banner. Totally recommend. ;)

I was in this store for half an hour trying to print something. Every single printer was broken and glitched during the document accessing process. When I decided to go get my own ink and paper to print at home, the machine to tell me what ink to buy was also broken. Not a single salesperson spoke to me. I’ll go to fedex next time. I’ve never had problems there.

Had to print out some invitations and Luis wins in customer service. Went in clueless what I needed and he not only helped me but went beyond by finishing the final touches for the project for me. Service with a smile.

Went to print one page. It would cost $4 extra to have it done today. Not worth coming back for literally one sheet of paper.
