I am a painter, crafter and jewelry maker, my husband came home with a cart for his tools. I lost my mind, he took me there so I could get a cart! I love 💘 it. The store is nice, the staff is helpful no matter how many questions you ask. They load your purchases into your vehicle no questions. They have great sales, always check online for their sales though. This number was 199 in store but with online sales coupon it was 149 woo hoo! Great storage for the little lady, comes in variety of colors. I have mine inside my office.

Im a tool guy Ive bought easy over 3000 dollars in tools and things I dont need .. but I have one complaint thoss huge toolboxes the have us general the ones that are 1500 I tried to buy one they wouldnt sale it to me I dont understand why they just would not it was right there in the store but they told me no I even asked for help and they acted like I tried to steal the thing so Ill just leave it as that otherwise the women who work there are fantastic they are very helpful and knowledgeable the guys as to think they work at Im the best ever store and not harbor freight

Well I bought a purchase what I whats something to jump my car turns out it wasnt it was a maintainer I go in and actually manager Stephanie Pilate said shes one and immediately she starts when she was doing I cleaned a situation and she got me right away Saw my situation Thank you Ms Stephanie. So the point is that I stopped during the middle of whatever she was doing and are going to do and she took the time to assist me and thats customer service

I was disappointed in the fathers day 20% off coupon. Didnt cover my purchases of a Bauer drill or any other Bauer or Hercules items or any other brands Daytona, Diamondback, Drummond, Earthquake, Fischer, Icon, Jupiter, Poulan, Predator, Viking, Vulcan, Zurich.

Most of their products are good. If youre a DIY kinda guy/gal, youll find pretty much everything here without overpaying. I like to get my ammo boxes and gun boxes here, its equal quality at a fraction of the price compared to all the Made in USA brands. I like my money more than the made in USA with foreign imported parts thank you.

Who doesnt love harbor freight? Okay, my wife gets a bit made when I buy more tools, but then I show her how much I saved compared to other brands. Not all stuff lasts or works great. However, for the price, cant complain. And, the service is really great for a discount store. Frankly, I dont even buy tools anywhere else. I also shop at the Carson harbor freight, and have also picked things up at out of state HFs. The service is always good. But, you have to save your receipt if a tool breaks. I learned this the hard way, luckily the tool was cheap. and I just looked the other way.

It is harbor freight, so what can I say? its cheap and its hit or miss depending on what Im looking for, but it beats waisting a 45 minute shopping trip to home Depot.

Its fun to just stroll the aisles to see what they have. Mostly they have tools, big & small. Some items are always there but they have a lot of rotating stock too. They have some yard, moving, & household items as well. Great sales, but the quality isnt the best. If youre looking for something to use alot you should probably go somewhere else.

I was surprised to see such a friendly staff working there. Also, the tools are cheaper but still work great. I’d buy wrenches, hand tools, air hoses, ratchets and power-cords there. It’s all at a reasonable price.

I bought some car dollies from this place took them home opened up two of the boxes they was packaged in just to find out that both were used and was missing some of the hardware very disappointing.

Great place for cheap affordable tools

Bought a pressure washer from harbor freight in torrance. Got home set it up and it didnt work. took it right back within 1 hour of buying it and was told they are going to charge a restocking fee. Are you kidding me. The manager was rude and wouldnt budge. Talked to tech. support and they said I shouldnt have to pay restocking fee. They were going to have a district manager call me the next day. Still no call, been over 2 weeks. I will never go back especially if that manager still works there. Sorry I used to go there all the time. No more.

This store is larger than other harbor freight stores that Ive been to, they have a great selection of products.

Im not a hardware expert, but in this store, we find expendable items such as tarp and other basic tools for cheap. For their price, we feel the quality is totally good. They also give out coupon regularly (flyer or email), use it to get an even better deal!

I love Harbor Freight. Great deals for decent tools. Not the best but the quality overall is definitely improving, and with prices that cant be beat. Grab a flyer at the door to get %20 discount on whatever you buy plus something for free. I have 20 led flashlights that i got for free and have them scattered all over the house and in glove boxes of cars.

Shelves pretty well stocked today, found everything I needed and even some stuff I didnt need.

Ive had hit or miss on the stock of some items at this location. But the staff here is very nice and helpful. Also I had some large orders that they helped put together for me to pick up in store rather than using the website. The store is clean and an easy to get to location.

The staff friendly most of the time, once in a while staff just gather up by the front register talking and seem bother when ask a question or to quick to say out of stock when asking for a item .Besides the annoying mask they require to wear is not a bad place to shop .

Just wanted a small dolly on wheels for a coffee table in the garage. Kind of going to use the coffee table as a movable work bench. So the dolly is just going to sit there supporting the coffee table for who knows how long. Something cheap, that will probably never see/use again .
