Today was crazy, I shop at Home Depot all the time. Today, Inside the store during a pandemic there were quite a few ppl unmasked. I asked, and though they make employees wear em they stopped requiring patrons to. If YOU (or a family member) are immunosuppressed/immuno compromised you should avoid shopping here during the busy times. I feel sorry for the employees who are now at increased risk.
At my most recent visit to the Home Depot I noticed that the majority of employees were either not wearing masks or were wearing them incorrectly. The girl who checked me out was nice, and wearing her mask correctly, but she was one of very few.
Had gone to pickup 2 items that I had researched and it showed both in stock. I do like that they identify the row, isle and potential # available. Unfortunately, the one that I had received the email on that indicates it was back in stock was incorrect. Not to be found. Even asked an associate for help. A bit disappointing. Another project delayed.
One of the worst Home Depot locations Ive been too. For a prime and nice location, customer service sucks and I can never find what I need. Professional handyman here and Ive been to pretty much every Home Depot in Los Angeles county and surrounding areas.
They always seem to have what I need, so thats very helpful. Staff seems nice, I ask where things are and they tell me. No problems taking my money, self check out was a breeze and easy to use then just a tap of the credit card and Im out.
Ok, Ill be going back to this home depot, you can actually find someone & knows where merchandise is at ? And they do have merchandise in stock ! 😊 YES ! !
Standard hardware store with good supplies on hand. There are helpful employees that will assist you get items that are out of reach. The checkout process was easy. They have self checkout or cashier ring out. There are plastic shields for protection.
PLUMBING DEPARTMENTNo one was willing to help me find a piece I needed. I found an associate, he went to find a person to help, I never saw him again, nor did anyone come to my location. I finallyfound a plumbing department associate (again) OH! check in pool supplies . The turned and left, before I could ask another questions.On the positive side (The only reason they received 2 stars) the cashier was nice, she was going to look up the part I need. Sadly forgot her name.
Its better than Lowes. More selection and the quality of their products seem better as well. Not much associate help thought. They kinda just walk past you. But I love the selection! They have so much here as compared to other hardware stores. A little on the pricey side.
If you cannot find home maintenance item here, consider Lowes as another option. Both hardware stores are in close vicinity of each other (Torrance SkyPark location).
Refrigerator delivery guys were awesome. They waited for me to unlock the gate when I was unresponsive to their calls (on a call, my fault), and they kindly stuck around. They were still in a good mood and in high spirits during the delivery. They’re so strong too. Very careful bringing the fridge in the house to the correct spot.
Home Depot has everything that I need for my projects around the house. The only thing I wish is that the store layout would be the same at every Home Depot that you visit. It sure would make shopping faster.
Great place to go for any home improvement job. Usually have most things in stock, and they offer a ton of services (flooring, water heater install, HVAC tune up/ installation, etc.). Highly recommend. Associates have good basic knowledge of their departments, as well as a few who have experience in specific departments.
This store is so great I have spent so much money here I feel like I have sponsored the racing team
15 min looking asking 3 reps for assistance in the blinds only to have someone finally show up and tell us all the specialists didnt show up. Used those words exactly making it seem he has lazy unreliable coworkers. However, the guy who works with blinds only cuts and has no special skill set or advice on ordering customer blinds. Waste of time.
The store was ready for the upcoming holiday already. Not crowded, we were there late, no one bothered us, sales people kept their distance. We were just disappointed in the products we were there to see. Otherwise everything was good.

Waited for 20 min for curbside pickup multiple times. Turns out they got rid of the curbside people and use customer service instead. And if customer service has a line, you are forgotten and can sit in you car indefinitely. Fix it.
They are usually quick if you do pick up. They call you right away if they dont have an item. There is staff that is always willing to help. You can find most things you need at this store.
I really like this location, Crossroads in Torrance. Great return policies, and the associates are polite. The bathrooms are usually clean which is a plus, especially when they are busy with the Holidays.Its easy to locate product with help from the employees. I have encounter grumpy employees, but not too often. I would recommend this location at Home Depot. 🔨🔩💡e
I love this home depot. I am always going do design projects needs. I love the paint department! I also love the lighting, rugs, appliances, and do not forget the Garden section. Currently they have this great booth in the garden section amd there is almost always a pro on staff manning it that can answer your gained project questions. I highly recommend that as spring is here and if you are still living in your outdoor areas a lot as I am. I find many great plants, pots and more to do everything from a small to larger project. I also get a lot of my cleaning products here. Big sizes great prices. I am sure you can find it here. If you are a craftsman there is a lumbar department. I also found some great table kegs and other parts to upcycle furniture with. Oh and chalk paint and more decor paints. Pretty much if you are at all home crafty you will be in heaven. I havent come across an employee that wasnt knowledgeable or friendly either.

I was looking for stuff I couldnt find, and there was no in the rack, and it was acceptable for me, but she tried hard and found that for me. Without her, I was not able to found that. Excellent customer service, amicable and helpful employees.
Great nursery department. I go once a week. The buyer has stepped up the selections.
Had what I needed and had the other things ordered set up together so I only had to go there once to get my business done. The Customer Service manager knows her store and was like an octopus seeing that everyone surrounding her did the right thing for their customers right the first time. That desk for internet orders and returns is a very good investment in time.
Horribly layed out, aisles blocked with unopened stock. Frustrated to the point of just leaving.
Just got our Christmas tree!!! They have lots of nice trees, unwrapped and easy to see what you are getting so you dont have to unwrap to check for shape or bare spots. Line to pay was short and fast (debit/credit only) so was the line to fresh cut and wrap. Then they had us drive around and they tied it to the car for us. Very happy how streamlined they have it. Santa was there too.
My go to place for stuff for home projects. Funny, thats part of the name!
Loved Fernando and Ashley, and Curtis! These young kids helped me 100 percent of the way through a crazy wood cutting, lattice shopping adventure that was going to go badly. Thanks to the help of these employees.....all went great!!!

I was looking for 3 different items in plumbing department, you had only one item, again. I went to Lowes and found everything I was looking for and an employee who knew exactly what I needed and directed me to the correct location.

Online inventory is often wrong. Items often show in stock online, but they are really out of stock when I go there. Workers are nice.

The employee insulted and used bad language because I asked for his help out of his department. Manager supposedly fired him. They need to screen better before hiring people like that.
As usually, Home Depot has what you need for the right price. I dont really complain if the service isnt great. A long time ago, we did have a bad experience with a salesman in a certain department, but that is rare and I dont think it reflects on the company as a whole. This is a good home depot location I have been coming to for year.

DO NOT use Curbside Pickup if you want to save time. Faster to find parking, find your item, and go pay. Why did I wait for 22 minutes when Lowes has an associate walking to my car soon after parking?
I went in for an interview after filling out an online questionnaire. One of the questions was can you work between 12 midnight and 5 a.m.. so I replied yes. First thing the lady asked me in my interview was what hours are available. After telling her she replies, the shift is 9:30 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Saturday Sunday and Monday. I said, I can do that everyday except for Monday morning I have to be at my full-time job at 5 a.m.. she says well that wont work for us. End of interview. I lost sick time and missed 2 hours of overtime for this interview. So in 5 minutes this woman cost me about $80. The questionnaire should say can you work 9:30 p.m. until 6 a.m.. I would have said no, Not gone to the interview, And made money at my other job. Ridiculous! Im sure I am overqualified for that job anyways.
Luckily for a worl we r and he made it so easy finding stuff i needed for my project. Loved the service.

The gentleman at the appliances doesn’t know how great a customer. I was looking for a product when I asked about one specific he said that I can’t install it the way I wanted it but they don’t have my second choice he took me back to the first one (the one I can’t install the way I want one) when I ask him what did he told me in the beginning he said...oh yes you can do it. AMAZING!!!
Associates told me to come at 6 in the morning to get a pallet of soil that would be on sale. When I arrived I got the pallet and took it to the register where they said I couldnt purchase it until the associates gathered the rest of the soil for the pallet. The associate told me to wait as it was being gathered, but no one did anything to help me. I have worked in sales before and the customers come first. I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance at this Home Depot.

The store personnel are good, and some have longevity. Only one or two could use some retraining every so often. Customers are from all over the South Bay. Some will assume because you are White that you voted for Trump and are against anyone other than White. I will let the people know that I am NOT even close to whatever you all think. Keep your judgements to yourself & ask first before approaching another customer and assuming whatever it is you are thinking. Thats what causes more and more people to die of Covid. Sinful Nature.

Ive been going to this location for many years. They are doing their best with Covid rules and cleanliness as well as customer service. The tool department rarely has anyone to help. I gave up on buying what I needed.

This is the worse Home Depot I have ever been too . There customer service is horrible rude and they don’t even want to help you at all . Manager needs to step up and let them know what real customer service is about !!! They never answer the phone either. Won’t be coming here ever again !
My local home depot. waited 45 min in the garden for some help. got hit up for not a dollar or two but for 20bucks by the loiters in the parking lot. last week got hit for 2k in tools 3 parking spots over from the entrance at Gardena HD. Manger was a joke. if they are going to let 40 to 60 people loiter in parking lot in Gardena I feel its their responsibility. 15 to 20 trucks, hauling /handyman/ demo trucks no lic. and of course they dont want to be held accountable for their negligence.
Great place. Helpful staff. I wish they would store their hardwoods so they didnt get warped. The stuff is too expensive to be picking through to find one straight piece of maple.

They have most items for carpentry and construction.. its a decent store you just spend time looking for specialty items...Self check is great. They start holidays a month or so earlier than the holiday..
I love Home Depot I love Home Depot and normally I would give Home Depot a 5-star rating. But today I went for some Metric measurement Nuts and Bolts and theyre supplied yours were totally disorganized and out of most of the items when I ask for help the helper said no problem he could find them but even he could not find anything that I was after in those drawers so yes Im very frustrated with todays visit. Normally as I said I find what I want and its good price and a good selection.
Many cashiers, plenty of inventory, but in a very extremely busy parking lot on the weekends. Weekdays, never an issue.

Self-checkouts have no hand sanitizer. Everyone’s picking up that scanner, one after the other.

Bring your own help if you need bulky or heavy items. Not all but most associates see you coming and duck around a corner. Lowes on Western by the DMV is by far 5x more pleasant and they are eager to help. Nothing beats Ganahl on Del Amo though.
Lots of parking and store well stocked. Employee know what aisles product was on when i asked them. Only item i do not recommend them for is making keys. Often dont work when get to the home. Use a locksmith for keys. Otherwise Home Depot is great

I was surprised Home Depot does not have capabilities to support Samsung Pay or Apple Pay. Another reason to shop Small Business. Another reason to leave home depot alone.

Customer Service is dead at this store. The app had item in stock but store and app location was wrong. I asked a worker where shelving were and he asked me what I was looking for. He couldnt find it and told me the app was wrong, so I asked him where shelvings were. Guess what it was in shelving isle. -.- Customer Service is dead everywhere!!!
