I was very impressed with the office! Dr Hu was thorough, explained everything to me, and was very pleasant. It was obvious she is an expert in her field. The office itself is very appealing and clean. The receptionist was professional, approachable, and efficient. It was a pleasure talking to her. She had a firm handle on my insurance. I would recommend this office to anyone who either already wears a hearing aid or someone who wants to be evaluated for one.

I went here for my hearing exam its a private business but it is accredited by the Department of Veteran Affairs, Ashley, the receptionist is cordial and professional, Doctor Hu, the audiologist is an expert thoroughly explain the results of your exam so that you will understand. You need to check your hearing you need to check them out.
