Full disclosure we bought the car but it was not a great experience. First, no one and I mean no one was wearing a mask. We had to ask the dealer to please wear a mask once we made it to the very tiny finance office. Second, the process takes entirely too long. In the age of digitization, why am I filling out paperwork. Finally, the dealer asked us to go half on having an extra set of keys made. Seriously???
Rented a huge van, the Nissan NV3500, for two weeks to take to Florida. The dealership rents some of their fleet through Turo. Vehicle came super clean with a full tank and the service rep Jeremy was very helpful in answering all my questions. The van has been awesome, no issues but I wouldnt expect any since it is a 2020 vehicle.This was my first experience with Turo and this dealership and I would recommend it! The van though takes some getting used to. It has a bit wider turning radius and is just generally large, but the rear video monitor when reversing helps a ton.
Let me start off by saying i have been struggling for months to get a new car at 19 in college with a job and just within a couple hours i came here and drove off with an amazing car all thanks to Michael Craigie. He and his associate whose name i cant remember was so helpful and nice. He did whatever he could to help and got me approved for a 2018 nissan sentra with an okay credit score. SO grateful and highly recommend. Very professsional and caring for their customers.
Beware of this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle from them and had it inspected and found multiple SAFETY concerns. Upon trying to contact the dealership, I was transferred from several managers voice mails, to being hung up on for roughly 2 hours. My name was taken down and the manager was supposed to call me back that evening. The next day, I reached out the the dealership once again, only to be transferred to, you guessed it voicemails. After finally having our sales guy have his manager contact me, we were passed off to their affiliated dealership for the brand of the car for repairs. By the way - we live a little over an hour away. We bring the car back to Nissan, which we are told to go to the dealership beside them for the car to be repaired. They are expecting you. We go to the dealership, give the service manager Mitch, the estimate from the mechanic shop. Mitch, by the way - has been the single and only professional I have yet to deal with during this whole ordeal - that guy needs a raise. I was told the vehicle was NEVER inspected, and they need to investigate how it got to a selling point without someone so much as glancing at their tires ready to blow out. Finding upper management to speak to about this is like finding a unicorn.
Excellent staff and service. They work with you knowing your budget. Help you in every way possible to make sure you are happy when you decide to purchase the vehicle of your choice. Overall, I highly recommend the new guys running this dealership...🙏🏽👍🏾
Had my car looked at because thea/c wasnt blowing cold air. It needs fixing but decided not to have it done because the quote was so expensive.

This place has cozy and wonderful waiting area, when you service your car you can read get your coffee or do your computer works. The service managers are polite and informative and real kind. They show you many options and let you decide. Thank you trustable and fine service and dealership.2nd Review after 3 years; Interestingly longer service hours, I had to bring my 2021 Nissan Rogue two times for the engine light check (it is right Rogue 2021!!! Turned out another failure of Nissan) and once for the recall in 3 months. It took so long to wait than they told me every single time. I am not sure what was those extra hours for.
My overall experience at the dealership was great! All the sales representatives were respectful and willing to work with me and my current budget. Their goal was to satisfy my wish of getting a new car and getting out of my lease early. The dealership did exactly that! They worked with me back and forth until I was satisfied as a customer with the car of my wishes and the overall price, both down payment and monthly payments. This is my third xar with Route 46 Nissan, and I plan to stay with them a long time. Every time my car is due for service, I am able to make an appointment that fits my needs, and I have never had an issue. Every member of the service team is wonderful, and I have met the majority! This last time, Luigi was assisting me, and he made sure all my questions were answered, and I left happy and confident in the services performed. Despite a busy day, my wait time was less than expected and I was pleasantly surprised. My lease is coming to an end, so I will be back soon for another deal with Route 46 Nissan!

Great buying experience – I have had a wonderful experience at Route 46 Nissan. I was treated fairly. The whole staff, from sales to finance was exceptional! All my questions and concerns were answered fully and clearly and I have no doubt in my mind that my decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealership was the right one. I bought my car here, and also I come here for service. I like how they have the coffee while youre waiting and also a bagel and stuff, also nice and clean. the sales are doing their job, but I was told that I can have free life oil change. So Im going there this year again and at the service says that I can do only twice a year.But Luigi was nice and very friendly, he did help me and talked to supervisor or so, so they did not charge and also I got free car wash. Thank you Luigi at the service desk.
They have the rude non helpful staff all they care about is getting cars off the lot and dont care about the consequences of their actions my wife bought a car there and payed them 200 extra dollars to get her insurance under her name but what they did was open my old policy with geico and add her car to it with out my permission causing for a bill to add up to over 1500 dollars then when I informed them of their fraudulent actions they told me that its not their problem that its between me and geico so please go somewhere for better service
Its almost comical how rude the salespeople are at this place. We drove over an hour to look at a car. The sticker price turned out to be $5000 more than the price listed in the advertisement. When we asked about the discrepancy, the response was, Well, would you have come down if that were the price? That was the NICEST thing that was said to us during our experience. The rude comments only got worse from there. When we had had enough, and headed out to go look at other cars, the salesperson (Sebastian) said, Thanks for wasting my time. Jesus. We hadnt even said we dont want the car, we simply had other appointments to see that day. Needless to say, that made our decision easy. I wouldnt give one cent of my money to this place regardless of how good I think the deal is. There are too many other decent places out there to warrant shopping at this one. Save yourself time, money and aggravation and patronize someplace else.

I went to numerous other dealers before coming to route46 Nissan. I am happy that i made the decision because i found George Mack there. He was a kind of salesperson who understands that a deals sealed when both parties profit. he understood what my requirement was, how much i can afford and based on those he arrived at a number that was pretty close to what i had in mind. So it took only 45 minutes to seal the deal. Now i am a happy driver in my Nissan Rogue. Thanks George Mack and Rt46 Nissan.

My wife had her heart set on a 2013 Chevy Malibu, and we had a very bad experience at Hudson Hyundai. We came to Route 46 Nissan to see a Chevy they had available and we were immediately greeted by Nick. I sell cars myself, and I would send any salesperson to Nick to see what a professional is supposed to act like. He was friendly, personable, informative and attentive to our needs without being too pushy or desperate. Nick was smooth. The treatment we received was excellent, and thanks to Nick we got a fantastic deal on the Malibu that my wife loves. Nick was fantastic, and I would send any business his way.

I have used this dealership twice and it is my own fault for going back. The location is extremely close to my house, so my laziness got in the way of my intelligence.They are the typical high-pressure dealership. Constant haggling and always trying to sell you something you arent asking for. It does not matter what you say you want to pay, they will keep hitting you with higher numbers. Theyll hold your keys so you cant leave even if you want to. In the end, I got what I felt was a decent deal, but its not worth the hassle to get there. Then, once you buy a car you will be constantly bombarded with phone calls trying to sell you services.Worst of all, it is now 3 months later and they still have not turned in the lease that I traded in to get my new car. Obviously, this is completely unacceptable. After speaking with the sales manager they have told me they were under the impression that I wasnt turning in the vehicle and was keeping it. Meanwhile, I have paperwork saying that they were taking the vehicle, making the payments, and turning it in. Obviously, complete BS on their part, and this is what you will always encounter at Route 46 Nissan.My advice, do yourself a favor and stay away from Route 46. Typical sleazy car dealer.

Adrian is not a run-of-the-mill car salesman, and i needed someone like him to help me since I was buying a Leaf, which is not a run-of-the-mill car. Everything from the test ride to the final delivery was great!The dealership had some trouble locating a Leaf that I wanted, but Mike, the general sales manager, more than made up for it by throwing in some nice perks like the quick (6.6 KW) charger and a backup camera for no additional charge.I wouldnt hesitate in buying a car from these folks - great price and great customer service.

So instead of doing what is right, repair the car and give it back to us, than worry about who will pay for what on their end, we are stuck in a vehicle that isnt even ours.Their customer service manager calls me to ask me how my new car is, you can imagine how baffled I am that customer service isnt aware that they gave a new customer a DIRTY - not even an attempt to clean the interior of the vehicle - no 100 point safety inspection ever done - vehicle, let alone how upset their customer even is. My buying experience? A nightmare. I thought they were attempting to fix what is right with a customer, but a week to even get the repairs approved BEFORE they even order the parts and work on it? This is an absolute nightmare.
This place is false advertising to the tee! This goon comes on TV using the slogan, we make buying fun and easy...what a load of crap! Most miserable car negotiating experience of my life. How bout using those TV ad dollars and spend it on modern sales training instead of this 1990s high pressure, time constraint crap that comes out of your salesmans mouth? The salesman I dealt was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. They epitomize everything negative you think about car salesman and the car buying process. The salesman told me one price to hook me, then changed his tune. Then he tries to fill out a credit app without my consent. Its all about them, never once did he listen to my concerns and needs, and even got mad because I didnt think it was a world class deal like he did. He then tells me 95% of ppl that walk out their doors, dont come back--- and thats because 95% of people are smart enough to run away from such a time wasting, dishonest place! He didnt even have the courtesy to shake my hand when I left because he lost the deal, what a sore loser to lose his composure that way. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks. Find a dealership that hires professionals because I certainly did.

I have been leasing from Rt. 46 Nissan for years. The reason I continue to come back is because of one of their Sales Managers, Richie Catalano. Richie is a stand up guy who always gets you in a vehicle for a reasonable price. Ive tried other dealerships in the past and its the same nonsense. Thousands of dollars down for an extremely high monthly payment. This doesnt happen with Richie. Richie gives you fair prices right from the get go and is very personable, which makes the usual painful process of buying a car, not painful at all. Whatever salesman/woman Richie recommends, I am always pleased with their service. On this occasion, I dealt with Bret Schelhammer. Bret was honest, genuine, and worked hand in hand with Richie to get me in the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. Over the years I have sent family, friends, and co-workers to see Richie and they have all left with the same result -- In a brand new vehicle for a price they were happy with. Once again, I cannot recommend enough heading down to Rt. 46 Nissan and asking for Richie. As long as he is selling cars, I will never go to another dealership.

I went to the dealer looking for a used car and sat down with their financing department. They told me that my credit score was more than 100 points lower than they are. I checked my scores before I went shopping for a car so I was shocked at the number they quoted.They also said I would have to pay $5,000 in bank fees that would be added onto my loan!! I was in total disbelief so I ran my credit again when I left there and it is nowhere near the number they told me on any major credit bureau. In fact, the one the credit bureau they told me they used was literally 130 points higher than their financing rep told me. I was shocked.... seems like quite the scam theyre running. I would not recommend this dealership.

Salesman was rude and unprofessional. They agreed to a MSRP initially and started adding random charges to inflate the final on road price and and tried to pin the blame for the confusion on me.I would have paid the higher price if the salesman was not that bad.

Verbally abusive salesman and unstable behavior. They mark up the vehicles in the finance office to make up for offering kbb values. They will use most typical sleazy sales tactics so come prepared with research. Dont ever come here use a costco auto trader instead. Less nonsense.

I visited a few other locations during my search for a new car, including another Nissan location. I walked in was met right away by Richard and he while walking me over to a sales staff member (Bret) asked me a few questions on what I was looking for in my next car. Before I even got to the desk he had an idea of the perfect car for me. Bret took me to see the car and take if for a test ride. As we returned to the dealership Richard was there again to ask how everything went and if there was anything he could help with, I was in love with how great the car was, Bret and I went to the desk to talk over some numbers and options for the car. I wanted to finance, but it was out of my budget, Richard and Bret came up with a way I could still keep the great car in my budget and it actually led to me saving even more money over the life of what turned out to be a lease option. Richard was there throughout the whole process, without him I dont believe the experience would have been the same, even though Bret was very good also. It was a quick deal, even with me having to trade in another car. Im very glad I stopped in a Route 46 Nissan, Ill will be coming back next time I need a new car!

Terrible service/sales experience. I was never give my tire lock when I originally purchased. The wheel locks were supposed to be removed December 2019 but they rotated tires and put locks back on wheels. I was told to return whenever and I go back today and the service clerk was confused and wanted to charge me.
Our salesman Joe Daoud was top notch. He was patient as we debated between models, and test drove them both. Have owned Toyotas all of our lives and wanted to give Nissan a shot. Worked with us until we found what we were looking for. My Pathfinder is beautiful!!!Give Joe a call ! :)

My mom wanted to buy a Nissan so we came here. The car is great and my mom is happy. The service, not so much. They gave us the wrong plates and we had to come back to exchange them as we were driving under someone elses plates! Came back for an oil change. The first one was free: the second not so much. They tell you that the second and fourth are free but only if you perform a service package which came out to over $200. We decided to forfeit our free oil change and pay the $50 since its a new car so it doesnt need all the stuff. The next one is supposed to be completely free but well see how that goes.

I have been a loyal customer to Route 23 Automall in butler and have leased four vehicles from them. When I went back for my fifth lease, i was not pleased with the salesman or salesmanager as they tried to coerce me into leasing a vehicle sight unseen.I drove down to Route 46 Nissan and was pleasantly surprised at the efficient no nononsense sale. I will maintain my loyalty to Route 46 Nissan in the years to come. And yes Rob White, I will be back in 3 years!! Thanks much Jesse for all of your help as well.
