I was referred to Sam through a friend when the video card in my MacBook Pro went for the 3rd time. I was apprehensive at first since I dont trust anyone with my content but not only did he put me into an almost brand new MB Pro loaded, but he transferred all my content into the new unit and upgraded the hard drive to a 1 TB solid state. All done in the same day. Bye Bye Micro Center, SAM is the man!

I have been having a lot of issues with my laptop and needed it fixed ASAP. I was able to drop off my laptop the same day and it was ready for pickup the next day! Finding these guys has been incredibly rewarding, to say the least. Ive communicated with Sam and worked with TJ and they are both incredibly honest, sincere, courteous, and understanding in their service and offers. There should be no negative reviews on here, period! I really dont believe I would have found their kind of outstanding service and product selling too much elsewhere. Its so incredibly accommodating and convenient.I totally recommend them to anyone for great apple hardware and maintenance. Just be patient and allow time for everything to be done and for you to get what you need. My Mac was shipped to me but UPS ruffled it up and when I got it the screen didnt come on. I decided instead of shipping it back to drive to Jersey from Brooklyn and see them personally. I did this ONLY because, communicating with them prior, I knew they were truly genuine in their service. TJ fixed the computer up in less than 5 mins and tested it thoroughly in less than 15, and all was well.My advice is just be patient with them as this is a technical business thats catering to so many; and they certainly do the absolute best they can for you. Sam is very knowledgable and helpful. My MacBook Air crashed and he explained he could send it out to get checked at no charge. Unfortunately there was an electrical issues that could be fixed by Apple for a significant amount. I traded it in to him and bought another MacBook Air that he had at his store and I am so happy. My husband also bought a MacBook Pro from him and loves his too!!

My Iphone 6 was bent and the screen was shattered. I took it to Apple and they refused to fix it because of the bend and wanted me to buy a brand new phone. I decided to give my broken phone one last chance by going to Tech Stop. Within 20 minutes My phone was back to life and he fixed the Bend! Wonderful experience, great customer service, and I have my Iphone 6 back to life with all of the great memories which were stored in my broken phone!

Received a phone for Christmas from here, when trying to activate the phone I learned it was blacklisted (lost/stolen or had an unpaid balance) and the phone can not be activated. CLEARLY the store DID NOT check if the phone was fit for resale. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from here to due the pure lack of good ethics and customer service.

This is a very dishonest company and I will advise you to stay away from them. Upon seeing their ad on craigslist, I drove all the way to Totowa and purchased a MAC and a samsung galaxy. The merchant offered a 60 day warranty which was the real inducement for me. After discovering that the samsung galaxy had several issues, I contacted the merchant to get a replacement as I was still within the 60 day warranty period. Subsequent to my shipping of the phone, seller refused to send me a replacement unless I paid an additional $250 dollars. I will rate this merchant a 0 if there was an option for it.
