It was taking longer than normal for a cold brew shake to be made. An employee yelled at me stating that the indoor dining was closed. I was sitting down. There is no need to embarrass me. They could have walked up to me and said people are not allowed to sit in their store. I really don’t understand because I saw other people sitting and he did not address them. I was singled out and won’t be coming back. It’s sad to make customers feel embarrassed.

Super delicious, this time I went into the store and the person behind the counter was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a lox everything bagel and it was delicious. I also had a vanilla cream iced coffee and it was really good too. All the employees were wearing masks properly too which was awesome and appreciated.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious, if the drive through line is long just go inside. They are much faster indoors rather than the drive through. I had the “All nighter” sandwhich on a bacon jalapeño bagel and it was awesome I highly recommend it.

I like the flavor of the brisket but I asked for the hash brown bagel but when I got in my vehicle and left, they gave me the jalapeno bagel and I didnt have time to go back so I ate it. I thought it would be spicier but Im glad it wasnt.

Food gs always been great. Staff appears new and not good customer service. Stood in line for at least 5-7 while an employee input doordash orders without even being acknowledged. An easy ma’am I’ll be with you in a moment or I will be right with you would have sufficed. Them employee stood there and placed two whole orders totaling over $50 all while myself and 4 other people waited in line. Needless to say I walked out and doubt I’ll be back.

I tried Epsteins for first time - delighted with food and service. Great when ordering a dozen bagels (given freezer bags and carry box) you get 2 free containers of cream cheese. I left lox at register, and when unable to return, the manager drove it to my house!The bagels and cream cheese were tastier than local supermarkets, staff friendly, COVID restrictions in place, and random act of kindness especially appreciated! Will return!

Im not usually a chain person but Ive always liked Einstein. The coffee is good and bagels are better than THB IMO. If I have a bagel craving this place is a no-brainer.

Ordered an iced americano with two pumps of vanilla, tasted like iced burnt black coffee. never been to an einstein’s before and likely won’t return if their espresso tastes like this.

Was heading out on family road trip and ordered breakfast early for pickup with the app. Cant remember details, but one of the items was the assorted bagels and spread; other was some breakfast sandwiches which were highlighted in the app (maybe a 2-for-1 special?). Arrived in the parking lot later than the projected pickup time, there was 1 other car there waiting for curbside pickup. Sat there for about 30 mins or so asking wife and kids to be patient, reassuring them Id ordered ahead, that they knew I was here, etc, etc. Said COVID-19 a few times for good luck. They lost their $H!+ 45 minutes in, and my wife went into the store to see what was happening. I think someone brought the order out 5-10mins later. There were no knives provided with the bagels and spread, not sure how they expected us to deal with that. The breakfast sandwiches were good.

The young lady that took my order was very welcoming, professional, and offered service with a smile. The young man did a great job preparing my sandwich. He took his time to present a well put together sandwich that was worth telling others about. It was truly delicious! Thanks a whole bunch! ☺

This place has always been one of my favorites for breakfast.Customer service in the past hasnt been always that friendly. I stopped today and I was really happy to see they all are trying to get there.Keep doing the 5 star on the daily!Love it!

If youre in the area, I highly recommend coming here for either breakfast or lunch. The food here is so good. Theres plenty of seating to choose from so eating in is an option. The line usually moves pretty quickly and the staff are always pleasant. The coffee is also a highlight here. I get the caramel high rise hot.

I just moved to this area over the weekend & decided to grab a bite to eat this morning around 11:30am, my first visit. The food was delicious, hot, fresh & fast & the customer service was great!! Ill definitely be back!! I just wish they stayed open past 4pm so I could come during the week (took the day off today bcuz of my move), but I guess Ill come on the weekends. Hopefully things arent different if/when they are more crowded, busy or closer to closing time...

I stopped this morning to grab bagels for my office. The service was good, fast and friendly. The store was super clean snd products very well stocked. Will definitely stop in again.

Just went for my first time to this place after hearing good things and then as I walk in my boyfriend and I are ordering and they only have 2 kind of bagel selections and I asked if they had anything else and the girl was very very rude and said we close in 10 minutes looking at her watch and tapping her foot as 4 families were still sitting down eating rushing me... so I walked out and decided to take my business somewhere else! Disappointed because I’m sure their good is good but I’m not going to be disrespected where I am spending my money.

I used to love this place. Its customer service has took an epic dive and I cant find a reason to come back. I ordered one sandwich this morning and it took almost 25 minutes to get my order. 15 of those minutes my sandwich sat wrapped ready to go while I watched others get served. No apology. Nothing. Just utter cluelesness. management should consider extra training or hiring people who care. It seemed like nobody knew what was going on .

Do not go to this Einstein bagels. Theycharges us for two bottles waters when we only got one. They didnt give us a coffee cup we paid for until we asked. We checked our order before leaving because of all the mistakes. We had stopped on the way from being airport. While eating the bagels in the car I found a hair that wasnt mine and a piece of plastic in the same bagel called the spicy devil. Also the nova lox sandwich had tomato on it ( I never had lox with tomatoes in it). The tomatoes were the color of the salmon. I called the store and the women who answered didnt say sorry once. She told me I would have to return the bagel to get my money back. We were already many miles away. This place is disgusting and their coffee tastes like water.

Very dog friendly. Took our pup there (her first time)o a walk today and ate outside. One of the employees (I think he was the manager) came outside and offered us a dish of water for her and a complimentary doggie bagel. The entire staff was very friendly as usual. I was going to thank the gentleman on the way out but they were busy so I didnt want to interrupt work flow, so I figured Id write this review...oh and the bagels were amazing!

If you want to start your day disgusted from a loathsome customer service FROM THE MANAGER, then this is the place to start your day off. When I was checking out, I asked for 4 plates, and the cashier was going to give them to me, until the manager came and informed me unmannerly that plates could only be provided for catering orders, no exception and refused to give me plates! Apparently, and sadly she is unable to recognize that these 4 plastic plates are not more important than customer satisfaction, recurring customers or restaurant reviews.

I love their food. But the employees need more training on proper customer service when a customers food is delayed. Especially when they are not busy.

Chicken salad is my favorite sandwich but most things are quite good. Go early if you wanna be picky about which kind of bagel, late in the day selection is limited. Sign of freshness I suppose!

I love Einstein Bagels but this location has lost my business. 3 for 3 visits have been ruined by finding out my order was either processed or made incorrectly and not finding out until I was already to my destination, eating a sandwich I didnt want but paid for. To make it worse Ive never had a pleasant customer service experience since the representatives seem inconvenienced to help. Seems as though Im not the only one whos had this experience, take the hint Einstein, invest in training.

One of the best coffee stores in the area. Kind staff. Clean facilities. Will definitely be coming back.

Good service, good bagels

Stopped by here for the first time this morning after receiving an email offer from the Shmear Society - $7 for 6 bagels and a container of shmear. The place seemed to just be finishing up with its breakfast rush because almost all of the tables were full but the wait in line went fast. The breakfast sandwiches I saw several people enjoying in the dining room looked very good so Ill definitely be back to check them out. They have a large flavor variety and the bagels were all fresh and delicious. We got Pumpernickel, onion, asiago cheese, pretzel and cinnamon sugar which was my favorite and the honey almond shmear was so good hubby dropped his plain cream cheese like a bad habit. Staff was friendly enough and I was in and out with my order in under 10 minutes on a Sunday morning - winning!!!

Love this place. The Bengals are so good. Especially their asiago bagels...the cheese is always just right compared to other places. It either overcooked or undercooked but einstein bros always has it just right for me.

Good food but the establishment seems to be falling apart :( LONG wait for your food even when the place isnt busy and the coffee is never refilled even in the morning time. The leather seats are cracked everywhere and the ceiling has bad stain marks. Just not a nice place to be. I recommend getting your food to go and allowing generous wait time when placing your order. However I do not blame the staff, they seem widely understaffed and the employees work hard. Sad to see an established chain allow their store to fall apart like this and not bother to hire more emplpyees which they need so badly

Bagel was delicious and fresh but the cream cheese was so skimpy it looked like they put it on with a paint brush. This is not the first time, but I thought I would give them another chance.

I have witnessed cross contamination right in front of my eyes at this location. Related to food poisoning that was experienced. Do not come here!
