I was looking for a bag with pockets, not too big, solid color and on sale. The Salesperson found exactly what I wanted with no pressure to buy a more expensive bag! Great experience!

This store is addicting. The patterns are very colorful and hard to choose so you might end up leaving with more than one item. They always have great sales going on. I also enjoy the yearly birthday coupons, they come in handy. I always have a pleasant experience at this store.

So I had received a robe for Christmas that I did not need. It had come from Vera Bradley unbeknownst to me, from a Florida store. So I went to the closest Vera Bradley to return it and the sales associates made it very difficult for me. I didnt understand why, they had the same mechandise hell the same robe was sitting behind me on a table. If it was a system thing I would have understood but saying to me would you like to exchange about seven times and pressuring me into choosing something then and there when I commented about shopping online. It was ridiculous the only reason I am giving this store a two star rating was because of one of the associates on the floor who was geniunely nice to me and didnt make me feel pressured or rushed.

Great gifts to give people and the designs are always changing on the merchandise.
