I went there today and the customer service was excellent. I haven’t purchased any shoes cause I was surprised by too many beautiful shoes. Love this store, definitely my favorite list shoes to buy from. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

Was in here jus a few moments ago asked for a size for my daughter girl walked to the back came out no word shoe no nothing figured she handed it off still nothing bailed on me for some mid 1s missed out on a multiple shoe sale as my intention were to get every color for my daughter n two matching pairs for mom I’ll be spending my money else where that doesn’t sell based on what you pick up 5 pairs of Ugg’s vs 1 pair of mid 1s smh

Always a good experience when me and my family come in to this store. I buy all our shoes from this store in particular nick is always amazing and remembers us everytime. The staff are super friendly and very helpful no matter how crazy my questions are. If I cant remember the type of shoe I am looking for the staff and nick always go above and beyond to help me find the right shoes I am looking for.

The worst customer service experience Ive ever had. I came in to do an exchange and the manager Nick was extremely rude, both to me and to his own employees - I literally watched him flip this one girl off when she walked away! Totally unacceptable, and it made me want to never go back there again. I feel bad for the employees under this kid!
