Honestly I wish there was a button for a no star review. 10 out of 10 would not recommend rent a center in Trinidad!!! I was going to rent a tv, tv came it was way to big (my fault). So told them I changed my mind and scheduled a pick up. Then they never showed, so I scheduled another one and they never showed again. Now they charged my card $90 saying they never had a scheduled pick up and that they cant pick up until Friday (lady told me Tuesday would work). They then the proceeded to get into a heated argument with me over the phone. Now Im returning the tv myself in hopes they dont break it saying I did! That is how shady they are acting. I will be taking photos of the tv before and after I drop it off!

Order the bed. They showed up promptly but once they put the bed together they were missing parts never brought them back had to sleep on the couch until Monday this was on a Saturday one called the store one of the workers was very rude knowing that they owed us parts so the bed was sleepable and just never sent anybody back. Tried to say that we didnt want the parts. Which was not the case only said if you guys dont have the parts I guess I have to go buy them so I can sleep on my bed but at this point everything was closed till Monday. Just not good business acting like that should have took care of the priority before closing.

My fiancé has been quarantined for covid, we have had a rough go of it. I called the store and told them and the manager Anna said it was fine cause i said i would let her know what’s going on and then they showed up today 11/7/2020 with out a call. They called the cops i told em we can’t have anyone in the house that is why i didn’t answer the door. These ppl don’t care about the safety of their employees because we have someone who was sleeping in the bed and bedroom with all the furniture and they still made them take the infected merchandise. So if Trinidad breaks out bad again it will be this store that caused it! Worst service ever treated me like a criminal and called me a thief. I didn’t steal anything i was even telling them to come on Thursday. I don’t recommend renting or buying from here. Very rude. Cop had to guard me because the men were very aggressive.

My wife and I are very pleased with how we were treated by the young lady who waited on us. We came in looking for a refrigerator. She was very helpful and easy to work with. She got us a great deal on a whirlpool side by side with ice and water.We bought an apartment size washer and dryer in Colorado springs about 15 years ago and we are still using them. They sell quality items. As a repeat customer I would highly recommend Rent A Center.

These guys act like they provide a service; but when their commitments are truly in question, they will lie, cheat, scam, and try to intimidate. My BBB CASE#: 91502226 is very detailed; however, I have left off additional details reserved for litigation.
