Good service I came from New York to trinidad Colorado and my phone had no service so I went to cricket and they hooked me up and were all good now

Friendly professional employees helped me upgrade my phones and add a line to my plan. Clean and organized store.

Very unprofessional. Know little to nothing about their phone plans & switching over. Also make employees were staring and kept whispering. Rather take my business elsewhere even it is more expensive.

Great customer service when i bought my new s10 on 7/3. We put a screen saver on that didnt quite stay on like it should have. I rerurned today and it was replaced with no questions asked. I was also offered a refund if this one doesnt work either. Very helpful staff and would recommend anyone to do business with this store. Great customer service. Finally someone who who takes that seriously. Thank you

Cell service is cheap but people that work here have no knowledge of the service it self

Dont waste ur money

Poor data plans for too much money. Coverage map not accurate. They sell your phone number to spammers. Could use hotspot, which was the only way to get internet on my ranch besides satellite. As soon as net neutrality ended they cracked down and said no more without paying extra for hotspot plans that are incredibly expensive.
