I hate this pharmacy so much they have 0 staff working and pulled some women from the eyeglass area over. They take all day to fill any prescriptions. If u get the option plz use Safeways pharmacy

I’ve had multiple issues with this pharmacy. Once they were understocked on basic antibiotics and only filled half the prescription. They don’t follow up with providers causing delays. I’m still waiting for a refill after requesting it 18 days ago. Call your provider directly, do not rely on them to get reauthorization for refills.

I am going to give the Trinidad WalMart this rating because they always are helpful and are doing the best that any pharmacy could do, under the the current circumstances. They always want to make sure that I know about any cautions for a specific medication that I will be taking. Also, I appreciate that they assist me and other customers with finding specific items, when needed, and answer any of my questions. Thumbs up and many thanks to the staff!

Thank you for taking it upon yourself to judge the quantity of pills I was prescribed, and not fill my prescription because I was getting too many1st off... whose medical record did you review miss hwong ? None? Oh thats right....I literally just had three knee surgeries at the same time yesterday. You wont fill a script for 5mg oxycodone? Are you an oxymoron?Let the doctors right the prescriptions, you just fill them.

The only reason I had to go to the Walmart pharmacy was to get the covid vaccine. This place did well giving me both shots.

Tired of being on indefinite hold to get the answer to a simple question. If they are this busy why do they not hire someone to specifically man the phone?

Huang is very sweet and does care. The gentleman pharmacist likes to hold critical meds hostage. He is rude and not friendly at all. Huang gets 5 and he gets 0.

Twice we have gotten incorrect doses that could be potentially fatal. Oh, and get ready for a 4 day wait while you are running out of something. Masks half on.

This pharmacy is so in consistent. Sometimes they have your prescription sometimes they dont. If you get a call saying your prescriptions are ready for pick up you better go that second. I just waited in line for 10 minutes with out even being noticed. Walked to the pick up counter and had to ask the pharmacist if they were going to get to everyone before they closed. He said yes but never asked about my order. After 15 minutes of no acknowledgment I walked away and will go back in the morning to have it out with them to get a prescription they said was ready for pick up. Take the warning and change your pharmacy. I will be doing the same tomorrow 9 am.

One star is too good for a pharmacy that clearly does not care about their customers healthcare needs. Came to trinidad/weston area for work for the week supposed to leave thursday or early Friday and i explained this to them. Dropped off two prescriptions on monday and was first told by the pharmacist that my insurance wouldnt cover any refills until Friday despite the fact that i would br out of both medications by then. Medication that I must takr EVERY morning. Then when i returned on thursday because i was out the same pharmacist told me they could not refill because I had agreed with the manager to come back on Friday. Totally false as he was the only person i spoke with besides a pharmacy tech who was nice enough. He told me i had the option of waiting until the manager came at 6pm which i did not take. Asked for my paper rxs back amd went down main street to Hometown pharmacy and had both scripts filled within 15 min.

The nurse send my meds here and the pharmacy filled it here. It was cheap.

I will never get my Meds here again. I paid for my prescription and then they wouldnt give it to me and gave me the run around for 6 hours before they came up with a solution and then had to sit there and still wait for them to get it ready.😭

Worst pharmacy in trinidad they dont answer their phones then lie about the phones not working this has been going on for weeks now.I was in line for 4 hours the other day and they just hid their minimum wage asses behind the counter to avoid customers... go to safeway theses people suck and everybody in trinidad knows this. they need to start firing people in that sgtore. nobody owes them a job in this world and least of all walmart the chinese superstore.

Worst Walmart pharmacy ever, never have humalog in stock, have waited as long as a week. Helpers poorly trained and incompetent .

Horrible every time go there medicine not in stock or them dont listen to answering machine when prescriptions are called in ..go elsewhere!! Save the headache..
