Store is on a main road. Lots of mattresses to choose from, good prices, free delivery, and the salesman was polite, professional, and friendly. I have not received the mattress and box spring yet. Hopefully that will also be a very positive experience!

I have never shopped at mattress firm before. i researched their mattresses before going to the store. selected the one i wanted to look at.they obliged with my request and politely suggested a couple others. i ended up with a different one that was still in the same price range.i need it delivered and they explained the process due to the virus concerns.over all, my experience went very well.i will shop there again.

We got in our car and this was our first stop and we were in disbelief, we didnt have to go to any other stores!! Woohoo! Mask friendly and we were given disposable barriers to lay our heads on as we tried out the mattresses. Dan was super nice and helpful!! Great customer service. Dan at the Troy store is very knowledgeable and he is not a pushy sales person. He is always there to help you anyway he can.

Great experience ! They had a lot mattresses to choose from and explained everything very clearly so we could make the best choice possible for our bedding . Prices were better than other stores we had been to the day before for the same quality of mattresses. We saved about 200.00 on the mattress we chose and we will have it in 5 days vs the 3 weeks their competitors had to offer . They had some mattresses on site as well. Markie was our sales rep and she was very sweet and informative . You get a 120 day sleep trial so if you don’t like the mattress they exchange it for a different mattress . There is small fee to do that but that is way better than bring stuck with a mattress that doesn’t work for you . Not to mention free delivery to your door, as long as you set it up yourself . Great experience from start to finish . I will update the review after delivery and usage for awhile so everyone can see if the great service continues but I have a feeling it will !

This was my first stop on my hunt for the perfect mattress. The knowledge of the employee, Laura was very vast, but I kept feeling pressured into buying a mattress. I was always directed towards the more expensive ones, and was not once showed the price until I tried it. And even after I informed the employee multiple times that my budget was around $1000, I kept getting pushed to the $3000+ range with talk about Financing. It was a very unpleasant experience and would highly recommend going across the street to Sleep Outfitters and talking to Dustin. (See Review)

Do NOT EVER buy from Mattress firm or purchase a warranty. We bought a mattress less than a year ago and during a move the foam shifted. Customer service reviewed it and blamed in on our frame as to why they can’t honor the warranty. SHOCKER. We will never be buying a mattress from here again and urge you to do the same.
