Hope and Tim were outstanding, great customer service and price. I went to several places looking for a bed and the customer service was good with decent prices. However, Tim and Hope went the extra mile of not only giving a great deal but ensuring delivery within a reasonable time frame. Further, they followed up on questions I had instead of writing me off AFTER I said I would be shopping around. Five stars across the board.

Hope was the absolute sweetest and didn’t waste any time! She helped us immediately and we were in and out with a great mattress that we love! She was not only helpful, but super kind! I will be stopping by fromnow on just to see and chat with her! This is a PHENOMENAL store!

I had the benefit of meeting both Tonya and Danny! Tonya was who helped me figure out what mattress was beat suited for me. I have been dealing with back pain for a long time and I cannot wait to get my new Tempur-Pedic Adapt medium hybrid in a couple weeks. What a difference it made just in the store when I laid down on different mattress’. I have always felt weird about laying on a mattress in a store to try it out, Tonya made me feel very comfortable.

Lauire has been so very helpful to us my husband and I she explain to us about the mattresses as we were looking into getting a new bed ..I have a very back and both of my hips and my neck having been dealing with a lot of pains having a hard time sleep at night and staying in sleep .waking up in the middle of night not able get a good sleep . we have ask Laurie how good are those mattress what kind of bed we should be looking into that will fit for my needs .also I have an ill husband really needs a bed as he has been sleeping sitting up due to he is in wheel chair for life and he has trouble getting in and out of bed ..Laurie advised me to go stop by the store and check out the beds and see which mattress will fit in our needs .so I did and called my husband told him I found the twin beds and has with Power elec control I try it out ..We we got the bed deliver into our home and the guys set it up for us and show us how to use it ..when it was time to go bed every night we love our new foam mattress bed and able to get in and out of bed and all my worry are taken care for my husband I see him getting in and out of bed as its seems to be a lot easy for him and notices he is sleeping so peaceful through the night .That made me so happy to see he happy with his new bed and I want to say I really like the new bed Im able get in and put and lay on the mattress its has been easy up my pains for my back and both hips and neck Im not in much pain while I sleep through the night waking up happy in the morning ..We want to say Thank you Laurie for helping us and share the details where we could looking into getting a bed and the mattress that fits our needs we dont know how we done with you and you help us every step of the way til we got our beds and after to see how its going for us.We couldnt be any happier finding the right beds for us ..We have share all of our friends and family letting them know about our new bed. if anyone is looking for a new bed best places is to go try bedzzz express.People are great and they do take their time listen and help us and try out any mattress until you are for sure this is the one mattress will be happy ..plus it was so nice to have the 120 days try out the mattress before if we need to exchange it but we didnt have to do it we love it gave us a peace comfortable very well sleep through the night ..Thank you Laurie for you wonderful work you have done for us also a great help for us and your inputs ..Thanks Julie and Mark
