‪Zero star service. Bought couch waited 5.5 months after getting pushed for a month and a half. Paid 300$ delivery fee, then HAD TO HELP the SOLO delivery man haul in a ten ft couch. Except it didn’t fit through the door even tho the sale person repeatedly promised it would when they came to my house and took measurements. I had to return it!! Customer service passed me 3Xs for minimal remedy‬, AND I had to remind who’s talking to me to apologise for this! I had to remind her!!! That is ridiculous. Unprofessional and waste of time and money. What a joke!

My wife and I bought a big sectional from pottery barn. We found the staff helpful while in the store. However, we were bothered by them constantly trying to get us to buy accessories for the sectional. We also continue to get bombarded by emails trying to get us to set up a room design meeting with one of their experts. Overall an ok experience, but they could be less pushy about those things!

What a place. Came in to look at a bed frame. Moved a bench away from the foot of the bed to get a good look and there was a colony of dust bunnies hiding out there. It was literally a slip hazard and quite gross. Clean the store people.

Think twice before making a purchase at Williams-Sonoma/Pottery Barn. Thought Pottery Barn was a quality retailer selling quality merchandise and more importantly being part of Williams-Sonoma that they would stand behind their products. Purchased thousands of dollars of outdoor furniture last fall - look at it now...the finish/paint is peeling off and the furniture fading all they are willing to do is give me a $200 credit and some touch up paint. What a joke.

Worst retail experience of my life!! Ordered a 3 piece kids bedroom set back in October, and I still have not received it now into February. The Ryder Detroit delivery team is the worst! They have lost pieces, refused to assemble my order, ask for a tip and are late every time I have tried to get the pieces delivered (5 delivery attempts and counting). I have over 50 phone calls into the customer service phone number, gone through 2 different supervisors, and no one will follow through to call me back or get me the bunk bed I bought 5 months ago. I have called the retail store with no call back from a manager, this could not be a more disappointing experience!! They have missed every delivery window, and I watch it get pushed back every week. There is no excuse for this poor of customer experience when your spending over $4k on a bunk bed.

Id give you 5 stars if you would deliver my chair. It shipped 2 months ago and apparently never made it to the distribution center. Nobody knows where its at. I never get responses. I just want my chair, It is well past the expected delivery date.

I went up to the Somerset PB and was helped by a young man named Christopher. He was fabulous. He answered all my questions and I could tell he was genuinely invested in helping me with my product selection. I shop at this PB often and yes, sometimes the service isn’t the greatest. Christopher took some extra time to help me locate a product that I was trying to locate and purchase. I was super impressed with Christopher’s knowledge of the product, his patience with me in trying to find the product I wanted to purchase, and his overall demeanor. He was extremely nice and professional. I would highly recommend asking for Christopher as his customer service was outstanding.

Worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. Laural in store 300 was so rude about covid even though they completely screwed up my order and set me the wrong item. So disappointed I felt like I was being scowled by mom. Saying I can’t use as Covid as an excuse even then it was completely pottery barns mistake. I never right negative reviews and even though she was rude to me, I kept my manners and was very polite. I didn’t understand the attitude.

I was shopping for new pillows and candles. Pottery barn has the best natural fabrics a lot Pricey but I work hard and home is my refuge now being a essential worker once hm I just want to shut the world out

I bought the Griffin Buffet back in February 2020, it came broken. When I called to complain they said they would send me a replacement lol, I havent received yet. BTW this happened weeks before Covid was an issue.After numerous calls to customer service, being left on hold for hours I got a replacement order number. Well its to late for that.We are going to fix it and deal with it now I just want a discount for my damaged furniture.The discount is the sale price they have now 20% off?How is that fair? I asked to speak to their supervisor on Monday, I was advised they would call me back?Nothing!I wont be dealing with Pottery Barn anymore, its a shame you treat loyal customers like this.Oh ya and I never get points for these purchases? Where are they?I have spent hours going over the receipts, and I sent them in to be told a bunch of nonsense.

If youre looking to furnish a room with the help of a professional designer...look elsewhere! My experience here has been a complete joke. If only their customer service matched their products. I had a designer come out to my house. I was planning on furnishing my entire family with Pottery Barn furniture. But, after the designer came out I never heard from him again. I never saw a design...never saw all the pieces that were picked. I went to the store twice to see the plan! I left my contract info and never received a call or email. When I went back the second time, the designer was unorganized and couldnt find my room design...which he said he was positive he completed. He then asked me why I didnt call him! Needless to say I had a fabulous experience at Ethan Allen and purchasing everything there.

My husband and came in last night and there had to be less than 5 customers in the entire store. A woman came from the back and offered us help but were not ready to check out. When we had selected our items and approached the check out another sales lady was behind the counter. After waiting a sufficient amount of time we asked if I should seek another person to help us. She turned a said yes I’m helping someone. Though she knew I was standing I had to ask. Her tone was off and abrupt. We walked to the other counter and no one was there. So we walked back and another sales lady dismissed us as we approached saying she could not help. When I asked the lady behind the counter again, she got angry with us and said I am Busy!! Finally the lady that had originally offered to help us appeared and checked us out. Can I say that the lady working behind the counter continued to talk Very loud so I could barely hear the sales associate that was helping me. We witnessed the worst behavior in a sales clerk and She could care less how it appeared to your customer.

I absolutely love PB, but I have had two bad experiences with the same employee at this store. The latest experience: I called the store to inquire about an item that was no longer available online but according to the website could be picked up from Somerset. All I wanted was to see if they had the quantity I was looking for. She rudely asked me for the item number. I had no idea what she meant but nevertheless I scanned the website and couldnt find it, so I asked her where to look - and she said, I dont know, look it up. What? She then said she was busy and took my number to call me back in a second - well, she never did, so I ended up calling the Rochester store, and made my $1000 purchase there. Its an extra half an hour away from my house, but worth it to not have to deal with this woman.

Purchased an area rug 7/2016. The rug is falling apart. Literally coming undone. I have no kids nor pets. There are bald spots and tracks missing from my rug. Called the store manager. The same one that Regina had the pleasure of dealing with. She told me Sorry you got a defected product with a nasty attitude. She claims she cant do anything because its over the 1 year warranty. WHY IS A $500 RUG FALLING APART AFTER 1.5 years? Justify that to me and Ill buy your BS 1 year warranty story. I am currently escalating the issue. The 2 images below is what 3/4 of the rug looks like. I will NEVER, EVER buy a single thing from this company or their affiliates ever again. Should have listened to Phoebe.
