I really want to shout out Carl F. for his assistance in getting my car appraised yesterday. While I was shocked (raised a brow) that my car to them was initially worth to them $2,500 less than another dealership I just came from, they were willing to offer the same in the end and made it right. Carl really cared for me and took care of me being in the military. If I do take their offer, I would feel very comfortable leaving my first car in their hands (i love it so much!). Dawn was the best!! I got her on her first day on the sales floor and she was the nicest sales person Ive ever dealt with. She was pushy (and neither was the gentleman that was helping her out). They got me into a new to me car, 3 years newer and were able to keep my payments pretty close to what I was paying before. I will definitely be back to see dawn on my next purchase!!!! I just purchased a vehicle a week ago. The vehicle was a decent price. The transaction was smooth and easy. However, they are terrible at detailing cars. I purchased a vehicle on a Friday and they kept it overnight so they could detail it. There was so much trash left in the vehicle and nothing was cleaned very well at all! My teenage son could’ve done a lot better job. I was very disappointed with that. It just made me question if they can’t get cleaning right then do the follow up with good service? Also, the finance guy wasn’t my favorite. He assumed the warranty and when I told him twice that I would have to think about it he went ahead and put it on. I decided that it was probably in my best interest to purchase the warranty… But the assumption is ridiculous and disrespectful. I’m in Sales and I no way treat anyone like that.

We were interested in a used truck and we were told to come in first thing in the morning to look at this vehicle that was JUST BROUGHT ON THE PREMISES. --- It had not even been through the inspections yet. My husband went in and discussed the vehicle. My husband test drove it and told them that we would return at 2:45 after I got off work to test drive it again. The salesman told us that the engine people would be doing the inspections on it and it should be done by the time we return......... At 1:30 another sales man called to say that the truck was under contract, but we were ¨next in line.¨ THIS MADE NO SENSE! We had been in discussion with 3 people today! No one knew that it was under contract....... When I got off of work, we went in to get things figured out (since it sounded a bit fishy to me). The salesman that worked with my husband this morning had NO IDEA that there was a contract....The MANAGER came out and SAID THAT THIS KIND OF THING HAPPENS MORE THAN ONCE! That things get ¨overlooked¨ and information is not always put into the system..... THIS BUSINESS is a BIG BUSINESS and the fact that they can´t take a moment to write a note in the system stating what was happening so others know -- IS RIDICULOUS! The manager said that it was a neighbor of a salesperson who put the down payment on it...... Says to me that a friend told another friend of a deal and things were done in the shadows........ This is NO WAY to do business! Communicate people! It takes literally 30 seconds to type a note in the system. We wasted a whole work day on this today! I doubt very much if I will be back to this business. It is a shame.

I bought a lovely, classy 2018 Ford Fusion yesterday from Arbogast in Troy, and I cant say enough about the awesome experience I had with both Chris Todd and Derek in Financing - they were knowledgeable, competent, professional, and extremely nice to this Nervous Nellie who didnt mean to but probably drove them crazy with a million questions. Placed car on the kelly blue book make a offer site and they reply the next morning set up time to have them look at and give me a price on my car. Wasnt happy with first offer asked what i would take sales man cane back with what i needed. And i drove off in the mustang gt that i wanted. So it was a good day . Purchased our first vehicle from them 3 years ago and it was a great experience. Fair price, and we were in and out in no time. Very comfortable lounge. Coffee, water, bagels, TV and some toys for the kids. Purchased our second vehicle from them yesterday 3-3-18. The online price they had on a certified 2015 Ford Escape was well below any competitor. Great little SUV. This time around though we were at the dealership from 11:30am to 4:30pm before the papers were all signed. They only had one finance manager so I guess that slowed things down but we were completely over the thrill of buying the new car after the 3 hour wait in the lounge. Not that it was a deal breaker, but make sure you ask for the Carfax before they begin financing.

May 29, 2015 an event was going on at Troy Ford thats what I used to be called to make long story short we are blessed with a Pontiac Torrent 08 good running car still runs today I beat it up not good me and my wife was out of a car for two to three years Devron was our salesman before we went over to the lot Devron checked our credit he promised us that he will do what he can to get us a car or he will drive us home his self I doubted this at first but we went we got the car drove it off the lot cuz the loan was through Wright-Patt they did what they could to help us get this car they actually went out of their way even our credit union even agreed believe it or not I go through them again but not not in the state of Ohio they really cared about us and we are internally grateful to them when we paid the car off they called them he told them they were happy to hear that they said you should put a review tell your story theres too much to tell how we got the car in the things they did for us I got to say is thank you all who is was there that day changed our lives that moment on

My mother and I went up this past Friday (9/25/2020) to replace her vehicle that she lost due to a house fire. I am located in Cincinnati and this dealership was well worth the drive. The facility was the cleanest dealership I had ever been to. The staff, sales people and managers were friendly, very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. They were great at getting her back into her dream car. This experience here brought some light and happiness back into her troubling time. Always love coming here . Had water leaking into car and they found the issue and fixed it right away without breaking the bank. Even kept the car overnight to get the carpet dry at no charge ! bus back to being perfect!!

The car drove wonderfully and the features offered were excellent. They also offered me the Carfax report and various warranty options. Also, in an age where privacy and security is important, especially digitally, all of their agreements were straightforward and gave me piece of mind that my information stayed with them and only them. They did not pressure me to rush through the paperwork either.They make it easy to research vehicles as well before buying. You ca pull up the CarFax report on the website before scheduling anything or providing any personal information.All-in-all, I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and anyone looking for a good deal. Ford dealership tries too hard to upsell services on an 11 year old truck.Over $40 to replace wipers that were streaking. Sure they were, with the tree buds stuck under them. Took me 2 minutes to wipe them off and they work fine.Over $100 to diagnose a tire pressure sensor light. The sensors are beyond their designed life so of course they are going to throw a trouble.Ill go back up the road to the GM part of the dealership and get my oil done there again. They never try this nonense on me.

In the past four years we have purchased three vehicles from Troy/Arbogast Ford. In each purchase we have been very satisfied with how the staff treats us and the outstanding quality of vehicles they keep in inventory. On two occasions, Joe Baker was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and was not overbearing nor pushing us to make a n instant decision. It was always a welcoming and open experience. We will continue to shop first and buy from Arbogast in the future. Joe and the others at Arbogast are outstanding in our opinion.

This was my first time dealing with Arbogast Ford. The dealership I had dealt with in the past, well, lets just say that when my youngest son went in to try and do business at this other dealership, he was blown off by the sales person. In my opinion, that was rude, crude, and totally uncalled for.The atmosphere at Arbogast Ford in Troy, was the opposite. The salesman was kind, helpful, and courteous. I have conflicting issues is the reason for the two stars, but in the end it does not excuse the negligence. The staff is friendly and helpful, but both of these negate the lack of commitment by the service department. I had my car in there twice to have an issue diagnosed and corrected. Reason being the vehicle keeps tripping a P0455 code. The first time I was told I needed to replace the catalytic converters because they were barely attached to the vehicle when the exhaust pipe was broke at the tail end of the catalytic converter...So I chuckled and fixed the exhaust leak. A week later, same code so I took it back. They cleared the code and stated could not replicate the problem. So here we are, couple weeks later and wouldnt you know...same code. The first two times I took it there, it was under extended warranty. Since then the warranty has expired and I will not be taking it back. Reason being, anyone with basic knowledge of automobile repair knows the EVAP sys. deals with gas fumes and tank pressure. They also know how tedious it is to track down this leak. So, in the end I ask you...Does it make sense that my broken exhaust pipe (which had been that way for several months including when I had it there for prior engine issues) just magically started tripping P0455 codes or more logically that I had them replace a fuel pump and quite possibly a gasket got twisted or broke or perhaps a line has slipped off, or even perhaps a bad purge valve...When making your decision please keep in mind that the EVAP system requires certain parameters be met before it runs a diagnostic and trips code P0455 which is why simply driving the vehicle 100 miles (at my cost for fuel) would not in fact trip P0455. As I stated, the staff is friendly and helpful, but simply not wanting to do diagnostics that I paid 115.00 to have completed...that says a lot about the dedication of the service technicians. Unless your car is under a site specific warranty, find another service department and save yourself the headaches.4/02/2021 - Update...it was a bad purge valve

Stopped by Saturday afternoon for a test drive of an F-150 XLT equipped as I preferred with crew-cab, long-bed, max towing package and large V-6 twin turbo motor... in blue jeans blue... the truck was so much like my Ridgeline and with the end of month deals, my wife’s x-plan and the trade value given, we bought after a half hour long test drive. This should pull the camper with no issues and it’s very comfortable as well. Darryl Fairchild was outstanding in his customer-support-approach and the Arbogast Management, service (prep) and Finance teams stayed over to get us this new truck at a deal that I consider excellent!

The People at Dave Arbogast Ford are awesome. I totally appreciate everyo the Ford service department who came through to help me when my WEX Fleet card or she has to pay for my repairs even after they had pre-authorized work to be done.Tyler, Matt and Mandy were awesome. Matt and Mandy worked out an agreement where I could come in weekly and pay for my repairs. They didnt leave me hanging out to dry like WEX FLEET card did. Mayim definitely want it customer Fairlife in me because of their kindness 😊
