Any service calls we need at our office we ask for service engineer, Todd Lasecki. Todd is the absolute best! He responds quickly and when he comes to the office he goes above and beyond to fix the problem. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and explains the issues with all of us. We are an older workforce and he makes sure we all understand before he leaves. I honestly cant say enough good things about Todd and he is one of the reasons I would recommend MBM to other businesses.

When I came into work this morning, the copy machine wasnt working. Called MBM, in less than a couple of hours they were out here, fixed the machine and also fixed a problem we had for a long time with scanning to a computer. Todd and Brandon were amazing! Took their time to make sure we didnt have anymore questions and just all around great service. If I ever have problem again, I will make sure to get them to help.

Barbara and Vas were amazing! Barbara came to assess the issue with our Konica machine within a couple hours and had it working the same day though they needed more time for the permanent repair. She and Vas minimized our down time and kept our machine operational throughout the process and had our machine back at 100% far quicker than we thought possible.

Barbara was a life saver. We were having a problem with our office printer which also does our scanning and faxing. All we could do was copy. She checked the possible problems and tracked it down to where everything was up and running again before she left.

Carl Spaleny is pushy and appears desperate for sales. Kindly declined his services when he approached me. He proceeded to ask questions regarding our office equipment despite my disinterest and became passive aggressive once I again informed him that we did not need his services.
