Older guy jus shuts garage door right in me and another customers face with dirty look. while other guy went to get piece of paper..that was extremely rude....

Completely unprofessional and defensive when asked basic billing questions.I purchased a furnace back on November 19th from this company and for unknown reasons to me (and apparently to this company), the furnace was refunded on February 5th. The furnace has since broken down twice since it’s purchase. Today, March 20th, this company tried contacting me through a third person using a cell phone number (not a business number) demanding I pay them. I work in the financial field and absolutely will not pay anyone using scare tactics and threats over a cell phone number.I called Trane directly who has no record of any of this. Doug from trane supply is undereducated, unprofessional, and really needs to learn basics in communication before demanding repayment of a product he somehow mistakenly refunded 4 months after purchase.Joke of a company. Do not recommend working with them.

Ive never tried to return excess unused product and been sent away with the product being told there are many hoops I have to jump through before I might get a check in the future. I strongly recommend not doing business with this company
