I had an A/C unit go down at my store and called Edington. They scheduled a technician for the next day, the earliest time they had available.I was surprised, and incredibly satisfied when the tech showed up the same day after having finished early on a different job. Within 10 minutes he located the issue but, unfortunately did not have the part needed to fix it. He told me hed order it asap and be back as soon as it came in to install it, possibly the next day but no longer than two days.Again, I was surprised and incredibly satisfied when he showed up about fifteen minutes later after having found one on the shelf at their shop.10 minutes later, the A/C was running.Not only did the technician provide great service, he was incredibly nice and easy to work with.Ill be calling Edington for all my HVAC needs.

Quick to respond, and give a free estimate, professional, but wanted to do what was easiest, and not what was best. Had I not been aware of what the proper way to do the job was, I would have end up with restricted air flow and tons of elbows.This worries me for others who may not have a good working knowledge.Went with another contractor who would actually do it right instead of a hack job and a inflated estimate.

One of the motors on my furnace went out this winter on Sunday, called on Monday AM, they were able to send a tech out that AM for diagnostics, which was very reasonably priced, and had the part ready to be installed the next day in the morning. Done in a short time, now we have heat again! Dave is awesome, on time and called before arrival, great customer service skills and very knowledgeable! They also have great returning customer perks, discounts, and maintenance service rates. I will be calling them again for my HVAC needs, you should do the same.

Great service. I talked to the office on Monday morning and they had my furnace fixed early Monday afternoon. Very reasonable rates. I felt it was fast service for being in the middle of winter. I will definitely call them again.

Highly recommend this company. Very professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Service call on weekend and cold temperatures was unsuccessful but tech tried everything and felt bad even though 30+ yoa furnace. Purchased new one and by Tuesday had it installed with heat once again. No cost for service as it tied into new furnace and they filled out several rebates for us that were applicable saving us even more money 👍. Great job

I Highly recommend this company. Over the course of 4 days they removed my old damaged furnace installed a new unit and central air.
