Over the years I have found Controlled Power Co. to be a sort of family value kind of business that treats customers like partners and family members who are encouraged to provide feedback after the fact, in order to help improve the overall order, installation and post installation support aspects of a project. Their products tend to be a fairly customized product solutions for a given application. Other customers in the industry routinely share that the products are very reliable, durable and configured to their exact requirements. I guess thats why CPC gets a lot of repeat business...The new website is a marked improvement as well! Congrats on that update.

I have found CPC to be quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very helpful whenever I have had a question on power products such as lighting inverters, power conditioners, and small UPSs. They manufacture in the USA as well!

They have less then honest policy in regards to paying their service technicians.
