I sent a box through UPS at The Office Boss for the holidays and it arrived damaged. Sky filed a claim for me and was able to get a refund for my item that was covered through the included package insurance and patiently negotiated getting my shipping charges refunded as well. He touched base and kept me updated and had a positive attitude about it all. This made all the difference and a huge reason why Ill be supporting The Office Boss in the future. You dont find that customer service when you go through the carrier and I only had to speak with Sky, not spend my time on hold or emailing back and forth with the carrier. Thanks again!

Full Service Shipping. I came with a computer and needed to print and mail a court letter, and send someones cell phone back to them. The guy helped me get set up for printing, downloading the printer to my computer. He also padded the cell phone and packed everything up for me. Even if they charge bit more for shipping ( I dont know if they do) it would be worth it for the full service they offer. Lots of cute little note books and art supplies too.

Nice place to get your mail. But if you get over 15 packages a month they charge you 15$...so it always happens that around the end of the month there is a slip in my po box saying I owe 15$ but i can get another 15 packages this month once I pay. But its like the 28th and I just throw that piece of paper away...Ive since opened a box at the post office...also Truckee laundry is doing po boxes now.

Great service and great store to have in the Truckee area. This is much more than a shipping hub. They offer gifts, crafting items, and office supplies; not to mention great customer service!

Doubling the prices of USPS priority services. I understand they need to up charge for 3rd party services but this is robbery. $75 for a 12x18x8 at 10lbs, $42 at the actual post office. Lady helping me said I heard they just raised the postage rates in Ohio. Sure ya did.

Despite previous reviews, I believe that the staff is pretty friendly! At times it can be a little understaffed, but I never spend more than 5 to 10 minutes at most.
