My wife and I live in a house that has all Pella windows installed throughout. We have been very impressed with the quality and workmanship. So when we decided to do some interior remodeling, we contacted Pella Doors & Windows in Truckee, CA and spoke to their Representative Mike Wortman.Mike met with us and our contractor and we told him what we wanted. A wall which separated two rooms, needed to be removed and we wanted the wall to be replaced with Pella sliding glass doors. Mike was very knowledge and easy to work with. We were presented with several different ideas and products. Once we made our decision, the Pella doors were ordered/delivered and installed. We knew we made the right decision in using Pella products. I believe that you get what you pay for and with Pella, we got great service and a great product. Remember your house is an investment so why not buy the best!

Pella has proved to be one of the best companies I have ever worked with. As a homeowner purchasing windows I had little or no idea what I needed. Their sale rep Mike Wortman took his time to patiently walk me through the difficult process . He suggested changes and explained why. I didnt get much help when first shopping other suppliers.On the shipping end Cindy Taylor is also outstanding. Our project stalled, for months, she stayed in touch with us and never pressured us to take delivery of the completed windows sitting in their warehouse.Pella and their entire team are first class. Pella is a company I would not hesitate to recommend.

I hate having to chase a business down to give them my money. Pella either doesnt need my business or they dont like Reno. I had a very nice estimator out last August, waited 2 months after his visit and still had no estimate. I called his cell and emailed him and he never responded. I figured he had been sacked. I called the show room and found out that he still worked there and a different person had to get his measurements and get me a bid. He never did anything with my measurements. Two days later I had my bid but the bid was only for the windows, not installation. They gave me the name of a very nice installer who came out, looked at the installation job, said he would talk to the supplier and get back to me with a price. Its been 6 months and Im still waiting. I never heard back from the installer and I never heard back from Pella.

Al repaired 3 french doors that would not lock and one that couldnt even close. He was on time, neat, efficient and affordable. His ears should ring with praise.Judy in Colfax California
